This is a beautiful property and the second time we've been here over the past 12 months. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite since it was just the two of us with a small dog. The apartment was so nicely appointed, roomy and nicely equipped kitchen, large living room, comfortable bed and a small patio/balcony which we used every evening. The pet fee is a bit steep, approx $100, but spread out over several days is not bad. The location is also terrific, close to the Biltmore Estate, restaurants, shopping. Having a dog with us, we wanted to stay in for meals and the reception desk recommended valetgourmet.com as a service for delivery. It turned out to be fantastic with very quick service, good variety of restaurants, and reasonably priced.

WinksHouston,

Thanks for your review. I am so glad you were able to bring family & your furry friend with you this time. I love our patios as well, they are perfect for an evening cocktail or morning snack in the Fresh mountain air. I hope we will see you again soon!

Family of four that just stayed for a week (6 yr old and 3 yr old). Excellent choice if you want central location with "apartment like qualities". Newer feel and very clean. Not good if you don't have a car but other wise an excellent choice and I will stay again.

Room Tip: Bottom floors hear lots of foot traffic as these are wood frame units.....

We thought this place was great. We have two boys 5 and 8 and rented the one bedroom suite. They have great kitchens with higher end appliances including full size refrigerator and dishwaser.

Very big, outside pool.. The rooms were clean. Excellent place to spend a few days especially if you don't want to eat at restaurant every meal.

Thanks for your review. I am so happy our unit provided space for your family & convenience for meal time. I know when travelling with my 2 boys that can be the most expensive part of the trip! I am glad they enjoyed the pool and hope you enjoyed the privacy of your own room at the end of the day. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

These suites are well-appointed apartment-style suites with plenty of space. We had two 1-bedroom suites using the queen sofa pull-out and had plenty of room for 3-4 adults per room. The kitchen area has lots of space with nice granite tops, full-size fridge and stove allowing for eating-in with plenty of storage space for groceries, etc. Bathroom is huge allowing for more than one person to use the vanity and mirror. You could stay here for several days/week comfortably. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the pool/fire pit area but it looked like a pretty, relaxing spot. Also, there are elevators, in addition to stairs, that were helpful in hauling luggage to the third floor. The view from our room simply overlooked the property vs anything scenic. We did not walk anywhere but I understand that there are restaurants, etc. within walking distance.

There was some confusion at check-in. Apparently, there are two property management companies for, what looks to be, the same property. Several guests were being directed from one registration office to the other that created a bit of a delay. Perhaps, they have updated some signage; however, it was confusing upon our arrival as well as many other guests checking in. The young ladies at registration could have assumed a more cheerful attitude, but they accomplished what needed to be done. However, they were incredibly polite and helpful on two phone conversations related to reservations and changes.

We will definitely return to this property.

Room Tip: The first floor patios are less private, particularly the ones by the registration office. The pati...

KimGD,

Thank you so much for your comments. I certainly understand how the multiple offices can get things off to a confusing start, it seems as if we were able to overcome that though. I hope you can come visit us again, and remember we are "The Residences at Biltmore" and our desk is near the pool. The "other guys" have a similar name and they are by the road :-).

Thanks again,
Bill C.

Spent several nights with the family here. Very nice, clean suites. No complaints about the rooms at all. Very nice kitchens. Great pool. Some of the staff like to hang out at the pool after work and "take over" to put it nicely. This was a little annoying and unprofessional. Would stay again.

Room Tip: Sofa beds were not the best, but overall this was a great stay.

Liverneck,

Thank you for your comments. I agree about the staff comment & will definitely address it. We allow our staff to individually take in some sun during breaks individually but certainly it is a guest amenity. I will also review this with the other company on property to make sure our guests have the relaxing environment they deserve. I hope you will visit again soon.
