Exploring Asheville for our 24th anniversary we found the Wright Inn was the perfect place to stay to accommodate that. Located just northwest of downtown the rooms are charming and gracefully appointed and a full breakfast is included.

The owners and staff are friendly and very helpful and can arrange sight-seeing trips and discounts on attractions. The trolley line stops at the inn, making it easy to go where you want without driving but you can also walk just three blocks to a popular restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wright Inn and we'll certainly be back.

I stayed at the Wright Inn with my best friends for a reunion/girl's getaway and it was absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Wright Suite, which was incredible and had its own adorable little breakfast room attached. Barbara was so sweet and helpful and showed us everything we would need. The breakfast was served on time and was delicious! It was a quiet, relaxing place to be all within a couple minutes of downtown Asheville. We are planning to come back! It was an incredible stay!

We stayed in the Carriage House of the Wright Inn with another couple and their toddler. The Carriage House was exactly as described, and beyond: it even had toddler-age toys and books. We appreciated the lovely setting, complete with outdoor seating and comfortable sitting room in the Carriage House, and would most certainly stay there again. It is in a beautiful historic district, would easily sleep six adults, and we highly recommend it.

I stayed one night at the Inn traveling through Asheville on my way to Florida. The manager was very helpful with recommendations of local restaurants and offered to make reservations. The breakfast the next morning was not just coffee and a danish but a wonderful meal just what I needed to continue my travel. The manager made me feel very welcome and happy that I was there! I can't wait to go back for a longer stay!

Never had stayed at a B&B and after a lot of research was thrilled that this one stood up to what others had said about it. Even though the house is extremely old (1899), there was nothing lacking in amenities. Plenty of water pressure up on the third floor where I stayed, helpful and warm house manager, a gorgeous neighborhood where I could take a walk around, and what fun having breakfast with people from all over the U.S. and a delicious home made 3 course breakfast at that! I will be back with my husband next time!

On a whim we stopped in Asheville for one night. We fell in love with the city and this B&B and decided to stay a 2nd night. This home is the most beautiful of the B&B's you'll find in Montford (the suburb in which it's located). It's about 1 mile from the downtown area - easily walkable, but driving and parking in town is also convenient. Breakfasts were always at 9am, and was delicious. Nice perks were a guest-available fridge and freezer (for those traveling with coolers) and cookies and tea at any time of the day. Sitting on the wrap-around porch was a great way to end a day of touring. Highly recommend this B&B!

Room Tip: 3rd floor rooms are cheapest - the last staircase is narrow, but worth the climb!
