My husband and I returned from a wonderful long weekend at the Wright Inn in Asheville, NC. This was our first experience at a B&B and we were not disappointed! The Inn is beautifully decorated and the breakfast every morning was fantastic!! The owners Bob and Barbara and Tom were superb hosts. We will definitely return.

We stayed 2 nights in the Powell Suite, which was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The owners made us feel at home from the minute we arrived and helped out with restaurant reservations, driving directions and recommending places to see. We were fascinated with the architecture and gardens around the inn. Would have loved to stay longer!!

My boyfriend and I just got back from a long weekend in Asheville at the Wright Inn. We stayed three nights in the cozy and charming Hampton room on the third floor, which comes with a attached bath (all rooms have a private bath, but not all are ensuite, so if that's important to you check when booking).

The house is gorgeous, with a huge wraparound porch that is perfect for a late afternoon or evening glass of wine. Breakfasts were ample and tasty. The location on a quiet, tree-lined street is great - you probably could even walk downtown, though we drove everywhere for convenience. The family who runs the place is lovely. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and they'll offer advice, restaurant reservations, and directions in a second. The other guests were also really lovely and helped make the stay enjoyable too.

We had a great time in Asheville, and a big part of it was our stay at the Wright Inn.

My wife and I had such a wonderful visit and enjoyed the home and the owners immensely. We expected a nice relaxing weekend where we could meet others and yet spend quality time with each other - - objective achieved. Bob, Barbara, and Tom gave excellent recommendations on other activities and took careful time to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!!

We stayed four 4 nights in the Wright room. We had a wonderful time and felt part of the family even though the innkeepers were away at the time. Shirley was so very helpful and created wonderful breakfast meals. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated in the Victorian style. We were so lucky to have our own breakfast room attached to our bedroom. What a delight to eat breakfast there with candle light. My husband and I would most certainly return again if we are in Asheville.

From the moment we drove up ... a beautiful 'home' with lovely gardens. The Innkeeper, Shirley, could not have been more accommodating and gracious. Our room was ample, spotless and very comfortable. The Inn is an easy, pretty walk into Asheville and allowed us to leave the car behind. Continental breakfast is included (B&B!) but it was much more than a 'continental' breakfast. In every aspect, it exceeded our expectations and is a must!

Room Tip: Whichever room you choose, you'll be delighted. They're all charming.

My wife and I stayed at the Wright Inn during a recent business trip to the area. The accomodations were outstanding! The location is excellent, the staff very kind, and the food was great!

We stayed for two nights, arriving very late on the first. We had notified them in advance that our arrival would be late, and they were happy to accomodate us. We had only a little trouble finding the place, using the directions they provided, only because some of the street signs were difficult to find. The detailed instructions they provided led us right to their door.

We were sightseeing most of the stay, so we did not have the opportunity to take a lot of advantage of the beautiful property. We did enjoy our morning coffee on the spacious front porch before breakfast. That was a treat.

The room was extremely comfortable, the inn was quiet, and the entire facility had a welcoming charm to it. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Asheville area!
