We had such a great time at the Wright Inn. It was our first time staying at a bed & breakfast and we absolutely loved it. The Inn was beautiful and spotless. Breakfast was great and everyone was so friendly! I would definitely recommend and if we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

My beautiful bride and I thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at the 1899 Wright Inn. Nestled in the lush historic Montford area of Asheville, this historic home offers an authentic renovation with all the modern conveniences. The Inn is conveniently located within walking distance of all that downtown Asheville offers. The Powell Suite is luxuriously appointed with period furniture and is spacious and quite comfortable.

Room Tip: Powell Suite has a beautiful claw foot tub. It is the only bathing option in this room and may pres...

This B & B was CLEAN and well decorated. We were here for 4 nights and the inkeepers son gave us great tips and suggestions for our stay. We were in the Griffin room and it was very comfortable. The Inn is the first stop on the trolley - which I recommend riding. Breakfast was delicious and a good way to start the day.

Room Tip: Bring a bottle of wine and enjoy a glass with friends on the porch before or after dinner..

My husband and I and another couple stayed here for four nights. Tom, the Innkeeper's son, was our host and chef for the four nights. We stayed in the Green room, a lovely and peaceful retreat. Breakfasts were delicious with different choices each morning. The grounds are lovely and parking in the back was easy and convenient. As others have said, location is close to downtown and the huge choice of restaurants serving quality food. Tom can suggest choices for every appetite. The Wright Inn has discounted two day tickets for the Biltmore and two days should be spent to really see everything including the gardens, winery, and the various additional tours they offer plus even with four days we could not cover all the attractions in and around Asheville. I always prefer B & B's when they are available in any location and this one was a great choice.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Green room and really enjoyed it, however, we did see the others and they were all...

We came to Asheville for the Mother Earth News Fair and elected to stay here instead of a chain hotel/motel. The only disappointment we had was not being able to make breakfast on our second day. We absolutely adored the house and location. We are certainly looking forward to visiting again when we can have more time to enjoy its elegance.

This bed and breakfast by far was one of the most unique and amazing places I've ever had the honor to stay at. The innkeepers treated me with the best of care and were as accommodating as anyone could be, while also helping me with my way around Asheville.

We had a wonderfully 2 night stay at this B&B in Asheviile. My husband and I really needed some R&R and he found this B&B on line. From the first phone call to make reservations to our good bye this morning we were treated like old friends. Our room was comfortable and lacked for nothing. The breakfast both mornings was excellent. Restaurant recommendations, things to do, directions they provided it all. The house is close to downtown and the house is just beautiful. We will keep this on our list for return visits. NOTE I rated the swimming pool in error and could not get it cleared....there is no swimming pool. Jim & Diane Norcross GA
