“Great quilt show”
Reviewed 5 June 2014

We really enjoyed the quilt show. The geometry of the designs was fabulous. Many were made quite a while ago and by Amish and other craftspeople. The MFA itself is quite nice. We got in for free with the Go Boston card.

We spent a couple of hours hitting the high points - for me that is Italian Renaissance paintings. Very beautiful paintings and sculptures, thoroughly enjoyed.

“A beautiful gallery to visit again and again”
Reviewed 5 June 2014

The Boston Museum of Fine Arts includes an amazing collection of paintings and sculptures. If you're there alone (or with grown-ups only), you can spend hours and hours exploring the collection. If you have small children along, you probably won't be able to spend as long as you'd like, but it's a museum you can go back to many times -- and a wonderful place to introduce children to the arts.
