“Small but Interesting Burying Ground”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 September 2013

This is an easy walk just up the street from Granary Burying Ground. This is the oldest burying ground in Boston. It was interesting, especially the very old stones. Although less famous than Granary, there are still notable people interred here, including Gov. John Winthrop. Although the inside of the church is considerably less ornate than other nearby churches like Trinity and Old South, it is still stunning in its simplicity.

“An interesting stop along the Trail”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 August 2013

Definitely take the time to make a stop here along your Freedom Trail walk. Interesting old church. Plaques inside tell you all about it. Interesting pew boxes that were family owned. Take the time to look around.

“Define trip highlight!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 August 2013 via mobile

We took the guided tour and got up close to the last bell Paul Revere ever made and enjoyed a chill view from the bell tower. We then went below and were able to peek in a tomb. Our guide was awesome and knowledgeable. This tour ended up being a highlight of our trip.
