We stayed for a few days at this B&B in Boston. It is run by very nice people, you get a nice breakfast and you have internet access. Also, it is a nice old building with nice interiors and everything is clean. This on the plus side.
On the negative side there are some relevant issues you should know. The walk to Harvard Square subway station took us 20min. It's a residential neighborhood and there aren't any restaurants etc. in the near proximity. And Harvard Science Campus is being built 100m north of the place which effectively means that on a week day it is hard to sleep late (till end of construction 2008/2009?).
Additionally, the bathtub needs to be fixed as it has a dent and the water does not run off completely. Which is not so nice considering that you share the bath room. Finally, one of the rooms (not ours fortunately) had a door that did not cover the full door frame. I found this matter rather unsettling.
In general, I think these last two issues need to be fixed. Concerning the location, well, you have to consider for yourself. I would rather check out other places first, especially, considering the connection to public transport. I kind of feel terrible, because these are nice people, but it's not a perfect B&B.
