I travel to Boston a few times a year on business and this was the first time in the Copley Square.
It's right in the centre of town near Boylston St and Copley Square, as name suggests, so ideal for shopping and sightseeing. Staff were very friendly no doubt helped by the fact the Boston Red Socks won the World Series during my stay (!) but they helped out with laundry and arranged a car for me one morning which was great. Room was a decent size and comfortable, breakfast service swift and spent one evening in the Mini Bar attached to the hotel which is a fun, popular Boston bar. As a Brit the sheer no.of of TV screens around communal areas in US hotels always amuses me and the Copley Square is no different with several on each landing.
Would recommend and would stay again.

Room Tip: High up as it is on a busy interchange.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly.

It is located in the copley area, very central and very close to the T station, the shops and a great choice of restaurants.

I will definitely stay there again.

Most hotels in Boston are fairly pricey. The Copley Square is reasonable and the location is perfect. The room we had was very small without many amenities, but for a warm place to lay your head on a frigid November holiday visit, it's perfect! Convenient garage across the street but don't get a car for a city visit. Walk to Newberry and Boylston streets. Huge shopping center a skip away. Easy walk to the glorious museum of fine arts. Maybe it's global warming maybe it's just an east coast winter but don't forget your winter woollies. It was COLD!!

Each year for our birthdays, my husband and I escape to Boston for a few days. We usually stay at another location, but decided to give the Copley Square Hotel a try on a sale we saw on their website. The hotel is nicely decorated and the layout is unique. Rooms are nice, clean, (we had deluxe king room), and although smaller than a typical room, it was well appointed and comfortable. The only downfall was that there was no refrigerator in the room. The evening wine down in the lobby area was a nice plus, although they need some more seating for this event. Service at the desk was friendly.

Conveniently located behind the Prudential Building, the Copley Square hotel is in a prime spot for walking and seeing the great areas throughout Boston. The Copley Square station is around the corner.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again and am very happy we found this little gem.

Room Tip: Upper floors to avoid street noise.

We stayed at the Copley from December 6 – 9th, and it was, in all ways, a great stay. I had e-mailed ahead of time to ask them if they would do luggage storage as we were flying in early and flying out late, and they replied from the general e-mail address very quickly. Upon arrival at the hotel, it was an impressive, cozy atmosphere walking in and we were greeted with a smile and a genuine warmth from everyone. Every single time you walked in or out of that hotel they greeted you with a sincere warmth and bright smiles. The hotel itself has character and seems to have managed to integrate the class of the original architecture of the building with very tasteful modern fixtures and decorations that work well together. Even just to sit in the lobby area in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee was very comfortable and relaxing. The room that we had was a smaller room, but I found it comfortable and cozy. My only negative (for lack of a better word) would be that I would prefer the TV across from the end of the bed rather than off to the side of the room. I found that set up a little awkward, but it certainly didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the stay. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows plentiful and fluffy. The hotel is located literally steps from a grocery store and the Prudential Centre and a mere few minutes walk from Copley Square and Copley subway station. Upon preparing to check out of the hotel, when we were storing our luggage for the day until our flight in the evening, they offered to have the Town Car pick us up for our ride to the airport and it had a flat rate of $35, so we happily accepted their offer. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation!

I recently attended a conference 200 meters from this hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, The hotel offers free wifi, hot chocolate and if you run in the morning a little area with water and things, nice touch. The hotel is older so the rooms are smaller, but with good character, clean and provide a warm feeling.
The hotel itself has great character, but really it is the people that made it a great stay.

Well done!
