Fairmont Copley Plaza is an amazing hotel with the most personable and friendly service. Lovely accommodations and history to enjoy. No better place to stay to enjoy all of Boston, especially on the forth of July, and say Happy Birthday America!

We have just completed the 2nd leg of our whistle-stop honeymoon tour of the US which took us to Boston. As fairly fussy people that really like good service and good hotels, we were bowled over by our experience at the fairmont Copley. Jamie at reception was amazing and ensured we felt like VIP's during our 3 night stay. The rooms were large, stylish and really immaculate with great views of the square. The location was perfect-just a block away from the major shopping street with the start of all major city tours a 2 min walk and the underground stop even closer. The concierge service was brilliant and we had fabulous meals at restaurants recommended and booked by them for us. Our every need was catered for. We will most certainly be back for an extended stay in the near future! The Harringtons

This is a beautiful historic hotel in Boston with all the modern amenities you expect. The hotel is really special because they make you feel like you have arrived at home. The unique thing about it is the precious black lab dogs that live there. Catie and Carley. They are so calm and lazy and kind. There is even a book available for sale in the gift shop about Catie! The location is nice and within walking distance of some good shopping. The OAK bar has fabulous food. Beef Wellington is excellent and the fries are to die for.

I do not like toilettes that take 3-5 times to flush. I also like to have doormen open the heavy doors for me when I have a stroller and 2 kids. That did not happen here. Otherwise, very pretty lobby and comfortable bed. With children, we prefer paying less than $350 a night, and the room service was very very expensive.
