I can highly recommend the Lenox. We spent 3 nights there in July and really enjoyed our stay.

Good location with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were fantastic especially Nate Gaul the Concierge and Emily Lucas the hotels Guest Leader.

Look forward to coming back next summer.

Just had a college reunion girl's weekend at the Lenox and we could not have been happier! We were greeted with a delicious aromatherapy scent upon entering the hotel, and in our room a lovely note from the staff and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge! Gorgeous renovated room with a view on the 11th floor. Alex at the front desk was terrific and Nate, our concierge was amazing! He recommended everything from where to go for the best breakfast on Newberry Street to planning out our night in the North End. Mamma Maria's was fantastic!!! We took a Boston Pedicab ride after our night in the North End that was thoroughly entertaining...disco music blasting while touring through the waterfront, complete with disco moves from our guide..so much fun...haven't laughed so much in years. We completed our stay with a spa morning at Bella Sante on Newberry...highly recommend! I have stayed at the Lenox with my family before and have always enjoyed it, but this hotel is also the perfect place for a girl's weekend. Love the Lenox!!!

Room Tip: Ask for the 11th floor with a view

Incredibly friendly and helpful service and staff in every area. Great location. Lovely rooms in a beautiful old building. Great renovation with every modern expectation. Check out the whole building - unexpected surprises and beautiful spaces abound.

There is so much to like about The Lenox.

The first thing that gets you when the taxi pulls up, is where it is located. Perfect spot. Walking distance to Boston Common, and all the tourist bus locations.

Then you enter the hotel. Great service from all staff. And the rooms were so spacious. There were 4 in our room, and we could easily spread out.

Coffee in the mornings, refreshing drinks during the day, high speed wi-fi , and very importantly, a low cost laundromat within the hotel.

The bell staff did a great job with cabs too.

All in all, there is so much to love about Boston. Not the least is The Lenox

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Lenox Hotel in Boston. When we checked in, Sid brought up our bags and to my daughter's delight presented her with an adorable stuffed lobster. We were also greeted with a basket of snacks, water and a hand written note. We were loving the Lenox from the start. The hotel has a lot of charm and is in a fabulous location to experience Boston. We were very comfortable and appreciated extras like free wifi and coffee in the charming lobby in the mornings. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This is a blend review of two recent stays. First was a business trip during the week. Check in was great- people were friendly, I was provided a beverage of my choice-all nice touches. The room was a king. Room was very tight, the bathroom felt more like a closet. The thermostat was hard to read and temperature hard to control. I was either freezing or too warm..
Second was a weekend family stay. The customer service seemed forced- no treats out, no extra offerings, etc. I was really expecting more of an effort based on my previous stay. I had a double room and it was great- very spacious, huge tv, adequate bathroom. I think for the price charged, you should have a consistent experience.

We were immediately greeted by the Doorman, Peter, who was kind, vibrant and made us feel so welcome! After hearing it was our first time here he brought us two Coronas, which was a nice touch! The location is in a perfect part of Boston, close to everything, alive, yet was perfectly quiet while sleeping!
