Excellent hotel, excellent location, friendly and courteous staff, nice room. Spent Memorial weekend We walked to everything except Cambridge. Traditional breakfast included in our package was excellent. Wouldl highly recommend. Book through Magellan for special prices. Would return. Loved the chocolate turn down every night. We received two fantastic long stem roses for our anniversary. The quality was so good we took them home and they lasted for more than a week.

Thanks Langman

Nice hotel, stayed here for 2 nights in middle of May. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location for discovering the city and was great value. Only criticism was you could some parts of the hotel, like the front reception desk was a bit dated and needed refurbishment. Aside from that I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if visiting Boston.

Good location, good room with plenty of space, great location. BUT paying a separate fee for Wifi was annoying and if you have more than one device it'll cost you a bomb. In fact there's no indication that at it's available at all unless you ask. The room could have done with more powerpoints too, but that's a minor quibble. If you don't care about the WiFi, I'd recommend it highly.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Overall my experience was good-- the staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities in the room were nice and the room, while small, had very high ceilings which made it feel more spacious and grand. Probably the biggest perk were the sheets... so comfortable and felt like thin velvet. I slept great! On the down side, I was in a handicapped accessible room and they were unable to switch me to another so the bathroom was pretty unusual, in particular the shower which looked like it was straight out of a $80 a night hotel (thin plastic shower curtain liner with no other shower curtain, really small, mediocre shower head that wouldn't stay on straight so the water was always hitting the back wall instead of me, and peeling wall paper around the edges and near the shower stall). The shower made the whole experience in the room pretty unpleasant, especially at $350 or so a night. I did use the fitness center which was small but nice and had a drink at Bond, the restaurant/club in the lobby and that was also very fun. Overall, a good experience but bummed I didn't get a nicer room. I understand the need to have accessible rooms for those with disabilities but that doesn't give the hotel an excuse to make it really sub-par, especially at the rates the hotel charges.

Room Tip: Make sure you don't get the handicapped accessible room unless of course you need it...

Excellent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, walking distance to historical sites and to excellent Italian restaurants in the North End.

I stayed at the Langham from May 17th to May the 22nd of 2012. I was in the area to attend 2 College Graduations and had an excellent stay at this hotel. I loved the room, the central location and the staff were all superb. Due to my hectic schedule, I was unable to enjoy the amenities and had to pass on the morning newspaper deliveries. I can easily recommend this classy hotel to friends and family. All the staff stood out and both Dan's and Keith are great. I will be back.
