The Langham exceeded all our expectations: friendly and helpful staff; superb amenities and excellent cuisine. Located within easy walking distance of the Freedom Trail, Quincy Market and shopping. The mattress was a bit too firm for our personal taste and we feel that all hotels should offer free wifi, but these were our only -- and very minor -- complaints.

Although my husband and I only spent 1 night at the Langham and didn't use the spa or pool, we loved everything else about it. Beautiful, modern, spacious and clean room. Helpful and responsive staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious but too expensive. If we had more time, we would have eaten somewhere else. Location was great. We walked to Quincy Market and the waterfront and both were very short walks. Last time we stayed in Boston, we stayed at the Omni Parker House. We liked the Langham much more!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Langham Boston on Aug 9-11. Great location near park. Walking distance to Long Wharf, North End, Quincy Market and more. Room is beautiful, spacious and clean. Hellen was very helpful in accommodating my high-floor, park-view request. The ninth floor was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful; great concierge on restaurant recommendations. Loved the evening turndown service - with slippers, chocolates and mat. We will be staying here again :)

Well placed hotel for business area but also for shops and historic sites with great gym and a good pool to swim laps in, has all amenities you'd expect from a place in this category but it is pricey and so we felt free Wifi in the rooms would have been appropriate and $6 for a bottle of water in room was rather steep too. Options for parking expensive as hotel doesn't have a car park itself. Staff were all cheery and helpful and efficient.

We had a wonderful three-day stay in this luxury hotel in the heart of Boston's financial and shopping district. It is a historic building, formerly the Federal Reserve Bank. The room was especially beautiful, richly furnished, the bed very comfortable, and the appointments were lovely. The service here is exceptional. Our breakfasts were absolutely delicious. On one of the days they offered a brunch buffet at breakfast, too, and Junior took care of us--he is a very special staff member! It is close to the seaport, near some great restaurants, and with Faneuil Hall in the area there is much to see. The MTA isn't far, and then the various museums are within easy walk from various stops. We would certainly stay again when in the area.
