So this is my go to place for a quick sushi fix, but they have some issues. Often when calling in orders you get a busy signal. It's 2013 - get another line or find a solution so that multiple people can use the same phone.
Also - sometimes the sushi is rather warm when I pick it up, so get a refrigerator or something to keep orders cool (or hot if applicable) until people swing by.
The maki itself is always pretty good - but there's been some inconsistency over the last few orders. Spicy Tuna rolls used to have panko crumbs, and the texture was great, but on occassion they seem to skip this step.
Also- uniformity in the size of the pieces is something they could work on. All of this is part of the sushi eating process.
