“It was a great stay .... but it rained!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 December 2009

I would thoroughly recommend a stay at The InN and thought it was a great location, a super facilty and excellent value for money. My one problem was, it rained, in fact it rained a lot ... and the pump to pump out the water from the basement ran right under my room! Please try and damp down the sound!

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Lots of charm combined with modern amenities. The room (suite) was cozy and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the location - quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants, public transportation and the convention center. We will certainly try to stay at the hotel again on our next visit!

We stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of October and thought this hotel was a pure delight. Just the thing you need en want when you are in the big city!
2 weeks before you arrive you receive an entrance-code by e-mail, when using this both the front door and room door opens. No checking-in, you walk straight to your room, strange, but something we both appreciated. The room was beautiful, very large bed, hugh flat screen, nice bathroom and even a kitchen (we didn't use that but still it was nice). In the morning you go to a small sort of kitchen where there is the best coffee (nespresso) available, with some cakes, fruit bars, yoghurt and brownees, nice sitting area, again another enormous flat screen, after that: off you go, the city is waiting! The inn is located very centrally, 3 minute walk to the T, several shopping centers nearby, go to Top of the Hub for a nice drink with gorgeous view, again a 10 minute walk max. Very safe area. We would de finately stay here again when we visit Boston and already recommended it to several of our friends and family. I wish every big city in the US had a place like this!

A small boutique Inn around the corner from PRU center. I was in a 1BR suite with kitchenette, flat screen TV, plenty of seating and comforts. Small gym, continental breakfast and keyless access throughout. The only knock was the heat/AC system, which always seems to go a few degrees over or under where it was set, but no biggie.

Great place, great staff, seriously good rooms. If i was being really really picky i would say the rooms didn;t have the best soundproofing in the world, but tha'ts about it really and it represents good value in a very good position to stay (back bay). Have to say the added free wifi access and truffles was a nice inclusion too, too many charge for wifi these days, suspect that will change soon though...

We spent 6 days at St Botolph's, enjoying it very much. My husband attended a conference at Copley Place, which was 3 minutes from the hotel, and there was also plenty to do for me and our 1-year old daughter. Playgrounds and parks, shopping malls, restaurants, Boston's landmarks - all within a walking distance. We loved the accommodation, it was very convenient to have your own kitchenette, a separate living room, a big TV - especially if you are with a little one and have to cook for her and entertain her ;) Breakfast lounge - also a big plus, with great coffee, bagels, muffins and whatnot. The guys in the office were super friendly and eager to help.
Even on a cold and rainy day we were glad because we could quickly get to Copley Place with all shops and restaurants to keep us busy.
All in all, this hotel was a wonderful alternative to regular huge chain hotels, both in terms of convenience and price. And it was so much better to spend these days in Boston in an apartment in a nice old house instead of characterless hotel room.
