This hotel is a hidden gem (almost don't want to tell people about it lol). It's clean, well-appointed, quiet, and in a great neighborhood within walking distance to tons of great spots. I loved that we could enter with a code and that there was no real check-in or check-out process or any additional costs. Enjoyed the all day coffee/tea and the breakfast each morning. I also honestly enjoyed *not* having housekeeping come in every day. It just felt like our own place, private, untouched, etc. The kitchen part of the suite was nicely appointed as well with a nice size fridge. The hotel provided good information on touristy things. They also very smoothly sent me a few belongings that I accidentally left behind. Would definitely stay there again.

Dear Sheri,

Thank you for you amazing review and for sharing your secret with everyone! We are definitely a hidden gem, nestled in the quiet residential neighborhood of Back Bay. Our spacious 16-room Inn was carefully designed by a world-renowned interior decorator with the idea that our guests would feel like they are at home. We were happy to send the items you left behind and would love to welcome you back next time you’re in Boston!

Cheers!
Helen

Our family of 5 stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, which worked great with one kid on the couch. Copley center and all of it's amenities are steps away, as is the Prudential subway stop. We had much more space than a typical luxury hotel would have provided, and we loved having key codes to access the room and property. The contenintal breakfast was just enough to get us going in the mornings. While the elevator was pretty slow, we chose to use the stairs when coming and going. We only used the elevators for transporting luggage. We loved not having to tip someone at every turn, yet the desk person was extremely friendly and helpful when needed. Only complaint would be trundle bed mattress was old and uncomfortable and second room was very bright in the morning (no way to block skylight). Perfect combination of hotel and AirBnB.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and we appreciate your valuable feedback. Our two-bedroom suite is the perfect accommodation for families but also works well for professionals that may need extra space to host a business meeting. All rooms at the Inn have a full southern exposure with great views of the surrounding neighborhood. Most are equipped with blinds and window treatments that block the sun but the second bedroom in our two-bedroom suite is located in the turret and has a skylight so it garners much more light than other bedrooms. Thank you for bringing these suggestions to our attention. We will look at options to minimize light in this space and we will be sure to have the trundle mattress looked at and replaced if needed. The key code access to our rooms and property truly make us unique. The entry codes are definitely a guest favorite! We hope to welcome you back soon and receive a 5 star review after your next stay!

Great location. Daughter attending college nearby. Great access, love neighborhood vibe. Continental breakfast a plus for tea or coffee in the morning. Will be returning for future college events. Prefer small hotel over large high rise.

Thank you for your 5-star review! Our hotel is conveniently located near so many colleges and universities here in town, it makes us the perfect place to stay while visiting your college student. Many guests begin their day mingling in our lounge with a cup of Espresso coffee or David's Tea. If you arrive on a Friday Evening please be sure to join us for a glass of wine and cheese in our lounge between 5-7PM. Our hotel is situated in the Back Bay, nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood on the cusp of the South End where brick row houses and brownstones line the streets and small bistro’s and restaurants abound. Our guests truly are able to experience a quintessential Boston vibe. So glad you were able to enjoy our hotel experience! Next time allow us to make some recommendations to visit some of the local parks, cheese shops, and neighborhood attractions. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

This is one of the best spots to stay in Boston for a business trip, romantic get away, or a family vacation. Conveniently located next to a major T interchange, steps away from great dining and major attractions, beautifully appointed, and uniquely designed, the Inn at St Botolphs should be at the top of your list. The thing I like most about staying here is the each room is actually a small apartment in so that you get a real feel for what it must be like to live in one of Boston's classic brownstones.

Was able to locate a coveted two-bedroom suite for a stay with children. The Inn is located in a charming, quiet and safe residential area very close to shopping and restaurants. The accomodations were excellent, spacious and clean. Electronic check-in, where the hotel sends you an access code to your room in advance rather than making you wait in line and pull out any manner of identification and cards, made the stay all the more enjoyable. Great concept. Great execution.

We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us, and thank you for the 5-star rating! The Back Bay is a wonderful neighborhood and definitely charming as you mentioned. We love being steps away from the Shops at the Prudential if you're here for fun and the Convention Center if you’re here for business. The key-less entry system is truly amazing and makes the check-in process so much easier. Thank you again, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Regards,
Helen
