Only criticism is both bathtubs too slippery. Had to put towel in tub for showers. No other complaints. Are the parking levels available to rent for the week?
We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights.
Perfect location for our needs. 8 min. walk to Convention Center (you will need to climb steps to get to Summer Street), 8 minute walk to South Station (has a CVS at this station) where you can get almost anywhere! We could easily walk to the Aquarium and to Boston Common to take the Freedom Trail tour. We ate a wonderful meal at Bastille Kitchen just a block away. We brought back breakfast from Flour Bakery every morning.
The unit was very clean and was stocked with towels, hair dryer, small soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The beds were comfortable. The washer worked great but the dryer would stop every 2 minutes even after the lint filter was cleaned. This was a big problem trying to get our clothes dry.
We were very happy we selected this unit and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to be close to the Convention Center or downtown Boston.
Having never Ben to Boston we were unsure of the area of town to stay in to best see the city and navigate it without a car. However this A Street apt was perfect. Close to the "T" and the airport too. The apartment was clean and provided all the amenities of a hotel and then some. Loved the common area oh the 20th floor. It was perfect for a game of pool or getting a cup of coffee. We are very happy we booked with Stay Alfred.
