I ate my breakfast at the Dean's LIst in the hotel lobby. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There was one waitress in particular though, named Geannie who made my day. I hope I have spelled her name correctly. She said it was Jeannie with a "G"
She is just one of those rare people that make you feel great and upbeat simply because she evokes those traits. I watched her interact with other customers and each and every one of them had big smiles on their faces.
Thank you for employing her, your hotel is fortunate to have her. I will be back to visit her again. I hope you pass this compliment on to her and reward her for all her hard work.

I stayed at the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill for just one night and couldn't have been happier! When we arrived at 10 AM, 3 hours before check-in, we were upgraded to a king suite and able to put our things in the room immediately. The room was very large and clean. Used the fitness center which is not big, but had two treadmills, an elliptical, and a bike which was plenty for a short workout. Even though it is very close to Mass. General Hospital, we weren't disturbed by street noise or ambulance noise during the night.

Getting from the hotel to anywhere was very convenient as the MGH T-stop is a 2-3 block walk from the hotel. We took the T to the Isabella Stewart Gardener Museum, back to the hotel from Fenway, and to the Bunker Hill Memorial and never had any issues. While the hotel isn't right in downtown Boston, it is very close to stops on the Freedom Trail. Boston seemed to be very pedestrian-friendly and everything was much closer than the maps made it appear.

When I arrived back in Chicago, I had a $150 charge on my credit card from the hotel, but I had paid for the room in hotel points, so I was confused about the (posted, not pending) charge. When I called the hotel, they were so helpful and polite and realized they had made a mistake and immediately refunded me the money and sent me an email confirmation of the payment refund. I couldn't have been happier!

Great hotel, great location, great customer service! I would definitely stay here again!
