Apart from wifi not included (which for business is essential) this was a great hotel, great staff, great location. Stylish lobby, nice room.
It should be for the price.
Very close to Boston Common, and well located for financial district meetings.

Inspired by the world cup, i have to call this place a gooooal! I love the location-- a block or two from everywhere but a quiet street for noise control. Rooms are perfect and the property is very well maintained. The sports club is crazy good. So many machines that even when it us busy, there is plenty of room. I did a group class, had a physical therapy evaluation and walked away with help for a nagging issue. Spa was beautiful and ready for same day appointments. Super posh place but also completely family friendly with loads of things for kids to do. What a fun time we had! Also, the club level access is the best we have had!! Hats off to the staff there.

The Ritz is in a great location. We were within walking distance of all the sites of Boston. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great, spacious and clean.
The food served at the hotel is fabulous. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

What more is there to say? There is little about this hotel that is not outstanding.

So what's to like? The location is superb, the service is warm and friendly, the rooms are stellar and the food is outstanding.

No flaws.

Reception and lobby was brilliant. The room ... well... not so much.

I am shocked to say that the quality and presentation of the room was nothing more than a courtyard and the rack rate was $720/night. My experience was shoddy at best.
Room...
- Stank of smoke.
- courtyard appearance much...
- Power and network jacks... broken...
- Under-sheet did not fit the bed

Conference
- complete inability to regulate the room temperature - from freezing, freezing cold to real host back to freezing... on and on...

Stayed at Ritz Carlton Boston with 2 kids in Executive Suite. The room was spacious and having 1.5 baths made all the difference. Furnishings are of expected Ritz Carlton quality.

The service at this hotel is truly to write home about. Everybody we came in touch with, from bellman, to front desk, to concierge -- was super nice and accommodating. Concierge Desk is one of the best I have seen in my many travels: professional, knowledgeable and absolute pleasure to deal with.

Had breakfasts and lunches at hotel restaurant. The food is good and the staff is of the same quality as hotel itself.

Definitely would stay again when in Boston.

The Hotel is spotless, and actually small (the bulk of the property is residential). The bar is quite nice-and service there was flawless. BUT, overall it felt all though the service was thin (not enough people) and not well-trained (people doing multiple jobs rather than being expert in a single task). Our check in was botched--an early arrival became a room that was finally ready almost two hours after posted check-in. The front door was left unattended when I asked for car (most hotels have at least two doorman on duty at all times. Don't get me wrong--it was nice. But it was not an exceptional experience--and it should have been.
