“Great breakfast. Yum!”
Reviewed 14 March 2013

This place opens at 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dinner available 5-9 on Thursday and Friday. Closed weekends. Shared a bagel with cream cheese an smoked salmon. Definitely enough for two. The bagel was very good, but the generous amount of salmon was over the top and excellent quality. It also came with a generous serving of lettuce, tomato, and onion. We asked to see the lunch and dinner menus and would think the lunch menu was the better deal. The place is a cafe, but it was wonderfully bright during the dull day that I was there. Parking in front is a bonus. I'm going back for lunch.

“Best hidden treasure”
Reviewed 5 November 2012

I have been going to eat here for years, I still go here even though I now live out of state. Fresh seafood right off the boat (literally) from North coast seafood located in the same building. Great waitstaff, fun place to eat, large portions. The mayor of Boston eats here a few times per week. This restaurant is a local treasure and if your in the know, " your the lucky one" I would highly recommend this restaurant, especially for tourists who want a great meal for a good price.

“Family style”
Reviewed 12 July 2012 via mobile

I've been going here forever. They used to be where the convention center is.
The chicken parm is ten dollars and too much for one meal.
The above poster put the same review on chowhound and it was removed.
