“Take your pick-Italian or seafood”
Reviewed 31 July 2014

The great thing about this centrally located place is it's next to the Neptune Restaurant without the hour wait. Plus you can decide if you want Italian or seafood. Half of us had each. The pasta is hand made. The veal park was ok, but the seafood was good.

“Great!”
Reviewed 28 July 2014 via mobile

The food was great, and it was not too expensive. I was not looking for it specifically, but it was great. The service was nice.

“You Can Go Home Again”
Reviewed 28 July 2014

I used to live in The North End in the late 70's on Salem Street. While my favorite restaurant from that era was gone, the owner, Ed, from Rabia's welcomed us into his restaurant from the street. His charm reminded me of all the reasons this Irish woman loves Italian men. The food was extraordinary, the presentation beautiful and the atmosphere fabulous. It will always be a mandatory stop when in Boston!

“Very good first meal in Boston”
Reviewed 27 July 2014

Chose this when Neptune Oyster House had a 1.5 hour wait and we had a lovely meal. You could order from the italian and/or seafood menu so plenty of choices. My husband was not thrilled with the bolognese (pasta was overcooked), but the chowder was delicious, as was the eggplant parmagiana and ravioli. Great service, ambience, a bit pricey.

“Go Here vs the "Name-y" Places...”
Reviewed 22 July 2014

This place is great. Tried to get into the name-brand places, but couldn't.... what a great loss for us, because we found Rabia's. Friendly, great service, good costs, great food. Beverages and oysters, baby octopus, etc. Go... It's great.
