The pasta and Italian food here is divine! Authentic Italian food that you will not find apart from NYC and Italy! The atmosphere is intimate and very romantic! I have been here 4 or 5 times and it never disappoints!

We went here based on our friends recommendation who lives in Boston. We had an average experience in regards to the food. I think some of this has to do with our visit at the end of a busy Saturday evening. The service was on point. The staff was attentive and worked the room of 12 tables with efficiency. Our food was prepared well with two issues that could be fixed to make this and excellent experience. 1. The Caesar with white anchovies was served in a very warm bowl. 2. Our entrees were not hot, warm yes, but not hot. My scallops were cooked perfectly but both of the pastas on our plates were warm at best. I would go back and give them another try, the quality of the ingredients would justify another visit.

While the food was not bad - there was nothing that stood out as exceptional. It would be nice to have a bread assortment available for the table. Overall, the place was extremely small and conversation was impossible because of all the noise in the establishment.

This restaurant is small yet perfectly formed.
The menu reflects a good Italian cuisine and in addition has an extensive list of mouth watering daily specials. The pricing is reasonable and the wine list whilst not extensive has some great entries and is not too expensive.
All in all - a great dining experience in the North End of Boston with plenty of atmosphere.
Highly recommended.

I tried two of the specials - fried zucchini blossoms that were light and delicious and sweet potato gnocchi that were excellent. Very pleasant and attentive service as well.
