We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The design of the hotel was our favorite part, the rooms had an industrial feel with exposed rafters. This is definitely not your standard residence inn! Ps I absolutely loved the shower! Breakfast was good and well stocked. The location was positioned for a short walk to city center and the "T" was just steps away. We only had one minor complaint, we were on the second floor and had a little street noise from people leaving the restaurant next door. If you request a higher floor this should be no issue. Will be back!!

I hope to find more properties like this Residence Inn, which was unique, fashionable, and upscale in a modern/industrial style. Everywhere you look, there are special details, such as the wonderful art behind the front desk to the courtyard between buildings to the lovely kitchen appliances and finishes. The location was convenient for us: close to the T; easy walking distance to the Institute of Contemporary Art and the Barking Crab; within 2 blocks of many different types of restaurants. We didn't have a view, but didn't mind it all because the decor of the hotel was so interesting.
Breakfast was fairly standard RI fare, but the tables were in the stylish lobby. The room had a decent sofa bed that was smallish (one adult or maybe two kids) and generous kitchen separated from the king sized bedroom by the bathroom area. Both living spaces had big flat screen TVs. Instead of a closet, there was a wardrobe.
Front desk staff were helpful and kind. We used points because Boston is a very expensive city, but otherwise we would not likely have spent the money for this fabulous hotel. So glad we did, because it was a memorable stay.

Right from check in we were well treated and felt pampered. We were lucky enough to be given a room upgrade to a lovely corner suite which was an excellent size, with lots of plug sockets and had good wireless.
It was only a few minutes walk to town across the bridge and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Parking and navigation to the hotel were also easy.
Breakfast was excellent with a good variety including healthier choices and a very relaxed atmosphere. All in all, an excellent stay.

We stayed 2 nights in Boston at this hotel and what a treat. First of all I love industrial style and spaces and this has it in spades. Very unique. The room was great with exposed brick and very interesting ceilings and windows. The furniture and decor was very upscale and compliments the city very well. The views from our room were nothing to write home about but I was more than satisfied with the interior spaces. They has a great breakfast spread included with the room. Parking was a bit expensive though. Really well done space and located within walking distance of a lot of things. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Room Tip: We like a high floor to get away from some noise.

We made last minute reservations here using Marriott points because it was close to the airport to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is less than 2 miles to Logan so very easy to get to. This is unlike what you'd usually see at a Residence Inn. It has a lot of character to fit the location - it is an old warehouse / industrial building that has been completely updated. Very cool. The room was comfortable, and very functional. We had a single room, which in keeping with Residence Inn had a small living room and kitchen. The place is spotless and the staff were great.
