I would like to add, the staff is wonderful, helpful, energetic and egar to help.
The breakfast is the best breakfast I have had at a hotel.
Hotel terrace on the 8th floor over looking fenway ball park was very relaxing.
The only negative I have is the pool area: their was three bad children in the pool splashing everyone and diving in a 4 ft pool (not the hotels fault). Their should be a time set aside for adults only since the hotel does not Have a hot tub.

Thank you to the hotel staff for making our 9th wedding anniversary memorable. We can't wait for our next trip to Boston.

The hotel is the best place to stay . We were going to the game and could not ask for a better place to stay. The staff was great. Everything you need is close by. The rooms are very clean.
Roof top patio was nice. They have breakfast. Would stay again. Stayed in room 704 which is a 2 Bedroom 2 bath with view of Fenway Park . Quiet.

Room Tip: We had room 704 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen and living room area

Because this is a new hotel, everything is the rooms is in such good shape. Having the kitchen facilities allowed us to eat in our room if we were tired. The staff were all very pleasant and
helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone but particularly to families as the daily breakfasts and evening meals (Monday to Thursday) would make feeding children while travelling so easy.

I've now stayed here twice for Red Sox games; it's pretty hard to beat for convenience of location.

Overall a better-than-average example of a Residence Inn. Pricey, but in line with Boston-area hotels. Don't be put off by the urban location: valet parking works well (though again: pricey) and you probably won't be needing your car once parked -- lots of good restaurants in the area.

The suites are well-appointed, though somewhat small (again: think downtown Boston). Quiet and comfortable, with two HD TVs (sitting room and bedroom). There is a rooftop deck that is pleasant in good weather, with views of Fenway Park. The breakfast (included in the price) is quite good.

And if you're there for a game, it couldn't be better: Fenway Park is a 5 minute stroll away, and after the game, when the crowds are mobbing the streets and the T, and locally-parked fans are stuck in traffic, you will be back in your room watching the postgame show on NESN.

Tim Brett is by far and away one of the best GM's in the City. He knows the Hotel business inside and out,and does a great job to make guests have a very enjoyable stay at the Residence Inn Back Bay. I highly recommend the Hotel. The staff go out of their way to make your stay a happy and enjoyable one. You couldn't ask for a better location to see the City, especially Fenway Park.

Room Tip: Just check in and the receptionist will take great care of you.All views are excellent.

I usually stay at the Residence Inn in Cambridge since it's across the street from my work location. Because the Cambridge location was booked, I was lucky enough to find this place. I like the decor and the the downtown feel of this Residence Inn location. The rooftop lounge area is an added bonus. Eateries and entertainment are within walking distance. I walk 40 minutes from the Fenway location across the Harvard Bridge to Kendall/MIT. It's a relaxing and scenic route. I've barely seen what Boston has to offer, but the walk is a nice glimpse.

My only minor complaint is that in the room I was booked in - the shower didn't drain very well. It would come up 5 inches and remain around that level until I was done showering. I didn't call the front desk to make a complaint because I could live with it for the three day stay.

Overall, I strongly like this Residence Inn and it's location.

So it's not in Copley square and there's a lot of construction going on but I absolutely loved this hotel!

The staff is super nice and courteous and helpful!!!

Perks: breakfast and dinner provided and it's decent (if you travel with children best amenity for sure)

Ask for a room in 8th floor with view of Fenway which is so cool.

There's a small pool which is nice and patio area in the 8th floor and bar which was really nice in the warm days.

The room was awesome! The kitchen is great because you can really bring leftovers back from big dinners while your out and then have leftovers.

It's close to train stations, movie theater and tons of bars because your so close to Fenway.

All in all if I come back to boston I would stay here!
