May be very crowded but worth the tight seating. Part of the charm so just enjoy it. The food is excellent. You don't have to order oysters. If you are an oyster lover, you will find what you want here. Loved the oysters and the dark bread. Asked for more bread and soaked up more delicious broth. Heaven...I'm in heaven....

We LOVE this place. If you love raw oysters, this is the best place in Boston. They offer a wide variety listing all available raw bar seafood with their size, taste, city and town of origin to help with your decision of taste. They are shucked right after you order them and brought to your table on ice with various condiments, they arrange them in the pattern of your order so you know which you're tasting. Exquisite! Your mouth knows good nutrition from bad. Also offered are delicious entrees. We also had the Lobster Roll hot with butter, butteryjuicyyummy. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. Our wait person was Gusshi, not her real name, but everyone that works there is named after a particular seafood, genius!

Great atmosphere in this small restaurant. We ordered chowder, lobster roll and steak. All great and served by wonderful staff. The wait can be long to get in, but leave you cell number and they will call you when they have a table.

As many agree, the Lobster Roll is the best compare to Island Creek and Rabia's. The Oyster Burger is worth to try too. Finally, their oysters, we liked that how they put a brief description about the taste of different oysters, that really helped us to decide which ones we wanted to go for. The more I wrote about it, the more I am missing the place. I will come back to Boston just for the restaurant. Yes, it's pricey, people just live a little. Go early to avoid long wait.

Best. Seafood. Ever.

The Lobster Roll is a must!

It's a hole in the wall and seating is limited, so go early and prepare to wait.
