“Over one-hour delay for ferry from Provincetown to Boston.”
Reviewed 21 June 2014 via mobile

The 8:30 pm ferry from Provincetown to Boston was over an hour late. The passengers were left on the pier waiting for over an hour in the cold for the ferry to arrive. Then, due to poor lighting, my sandal got caught on the ramp and is no longer wearable. I will never ride BHC again.

“Boring ride”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

My husband, infant son and I along with another couple took a cruise with no end-destination in mind. While the boat was comfortable and the weather was incredible the weekend we were in town, the ride was too long and far too uninteresting after the first half hour. The boat stops at two seemingly empty islands and we chose not to get off since we had the baby and they didn't look stroller friendly. Aside from the lone bridge and looking back into Boston, there wasn't much else to look at and we wished the ride was over much faster than it was. There was a gentleman speaking about historical landmarks as we left the harbor but we couldn't hear him at all upstairs on the top where 90% of the guests were sitting.

Hi Carlsbad_Mom12. Thanks for the review. The Harbor Islands Ferry route provides transportation out to the Boston Harbor Islands National Park Area where there are hiking trails, beaches, a historic fort and more. We're sorry that you were not able to hear the narration and will be sure to investigate to ensure it's working properly. We offer many different types of cruises and hope that if you are in Boston again, you will try something that you'll enjoy more. If you'd like to provide more feedback, etc., please feel free to email me at jsullivan@bostonharborcruises.com.

“Basic Boston harbor cruise”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

For a free add on to our trolley tour this was definitely a great bonus. It was relaxing and informative about the places of significance from the ocean view. The guide was excellent and did a wonderful job explaining the different sites. My only recommendation is use sunscreen or sit in the lower 2 decks to avoid sunburn.

“Nice trip to Provincetown”
Reviewed 17 June 2014

The Boston Harbor Cruise was a great way to get to Provincetown on Cape Cod from the harbor in downtown Boston. We went in the morning and spent the day in Provincetown returning on the evening boat. The boats are very comfortable with TV on and concessions available.

Food average at best for price. Champagne brunch but you get one glass gratis. View is beautiful. Lots of smokers out on deck.
