Events at Symphony Hall are always wonderful, and the Christmas concerts are especially festive. I always recommend the holiday event for those wanting to get into the Christmas spirit; however, I do not recommend spending the extra money to sit at a table. The tables are so tight that eating and drinking are really uncomfortable. For those attending for the first time, I also recommend using public transportation as parking in the area is slim (and expensive). It's much easier to park either outside of the city, or even in the city a few blocks away and then use the green line to Symphony Hall. But whether attending the BSO, the Pops, or special events, there is always something special about attending Symphony Hall. I highly recommend.

Love going to the Boston Pops for the holidays. It does get you in the holiday spirit. Seats are set up with 4 chairs to a table so you can enjoy wine and food during the concert. A wonderful holiday tradition!

My husband and I saw a concert with warren haynes and the Boston pops doing a tribute to jerry garcia here. The seating, at tables, was very uncomfortable. We felt squashed. The music was enjoyable but not nearly as much fun as the same concert last year in tanglewood.

WOW! What great fun. The Boston POPS with a variety of music and then half of the show with Train! It was an amazing evening. Hearing the Boston POPS in person was on my Bucket List and theyu delivered! Even in Matthews Arena on Northeastern's Campus.
