I know another reviewer used a similar title - but it is true. The Westin Waterfront was very disappointing. First they charge $14.95 for WiFi. That is an automatic star off. At $260/night it is offensive to be charged for wifi. (Actually at any price now a days). My room was apparently designated for someone in a wheelchair. And to accommodate such a traveler I am sure the room was well designed. But in allowing ample space, they eliminated most of the furniture one would expect such as coffee table, etc. There was one chair. The bathroom was also designed appropriate to fulfill the need but awkward for someone not needing such access. I called and asked if I could have another room and they just said no (no way they even looked). I had checked in around Noon and offered to even wait until other rooms were ready. Still "no". The television was really small for a wall mounted TV... maybe 27". The lobby is very nice and the main draw seems to be that it is connected to the Convention Center which was convenient. But the Seaport Hotel is only a block away - easy access - you can see my review of that Hotel - I stayed one night there. Many of the Westin staff were friendly and the Irish Bar/Pub had excellent food.
