Stayed here for 2 nights while on business in Boston. Easy to get to from the airport (5 minute cab ride) and easy to walk to anywhere in the financial district. Also a short walk to Faneuil Hall area.

Rooms are very spacious and all have great views of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The Intercontinental hotel chain is pretty consistent globally so you know it is going to be a nice upmarket hotel. Big open lobby that backs on to the river. A nice bar and all the other amenities you would expect. The rooms are luxurious in a contemporary style with the bathrooms having a window onto the main room so that you can have some natural light if you want it in there. Like most expensive hotels they do insist on charging for wifi which just bugs me, but apart from that there is nothing to complain about. On this occasion I ordered breakfast in the room. It was late and they were not only apologetic but they made it complimentary. A nice touch.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was for business, but the location makes it a great base for sight-seeing as well.

The hotel feels modern, cool and luxurious. The rooms are a great size and the bathroom has separate bath and shower which makes it so much more spacious. It was nice and quiet and although we didn't get one, I imagine some of the rooms have beautiful water views.

We ordered room service twice and though the portions were rather small, the food was delicious.

Very courteous staff and the restaurant in the hotel was good as well. Would recommend.

I stayed at the Intercontinental for 4 days, while attending a conference. I had a spacious room, nice amenities, and very fast wifi.
the hotel is a short walk away from great restaurants, as well as the tea party museum. Everything in Boston is close anyways, we traveled by taxi to certain further spots.
I would recommend this hotel.
The only downside was rather expensive mini bar options and a very costly phone call to canada (approx 15$ for 25 minutes..!).

We just spent 1 night in Boston for a Bruins game and choose the InterContinental Boston Hotel. We had a Water View room on the 7th floor facing Fort Point Channel. The room was fairly large with a large bathroom with both a Soaking Tub and Walkin Shower. The only complaint about the Bathroom is that it only had 1 sink but that was not a big deal. The Staff were very welcoming and helped with any questions we had. There was no robe in the room but 1 call to instant service took care of that right away. We didn't eat at the Hotel so I cannot comment on the food. We did have a couples massage which was excellent, the pool is small but I enjoyed my swim. The fitness area seemed well equipped. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat the location was very close to attractions and the Harborwalk

This is a really nice hotel by the water. It isn't everybody's ideal location but I really liked it.

My room was first class. Large, great facilities, bathroom a standout - good bench space, shower and bath. Service was excellent.

Room had plenty of storage and the desk location made it a really pleasant and productive spot to work.

Hotel breakfast was expensive, but good. There is a lot to see in Boston, but you may not wish to leave your room.

Room Tip: Corner rooms are absolutely fantastic.
