You can just tell on arrival through the revolving doors this is going to be special, beautiful perfume meets you and the check in desk clerks are all smiling and our was Chris, what a great guy.

We checked in and were given a harbour view suite how exciting! Almost as big as our cottage in Glasgow.

So clean and the chambermaid kept it that way with twice daily attention

Just one word sums up our experience with this hotel ...................OUTSTANDING ! Thank you so much IHG.

Room Tip: Ask to be upgraded to harbour view

From the moment we arrived to check - out we were treated warmly and professionally.
Humberto from Guest Services is a great Ambassador for this hotel. He was friendly and made us feel right at home.
The front desk staff arranged for a room upgrade and late check out. The bar staff were prompt with our drinks.
This hotel is right in the hub of activity, surrounded by many restaurants and bars.
The outside patio is a great spot on a spring evening.
We'll be back.

Room Tip: Water front view is a plus.

Location great for business and sightseeing. Stayed in a king club and felt very pampered. Concierge services are above par. Charles in the Club Lounge is a delightful asset, a rare jewel. My only complaint would be the sliding doors between bath and bed. Makes it difficult when your spouse is an EARLY riser. Beautiful bathroom though. 5 stars for cleanliness!

This was a weekend get away celebrating my husband's birthday. We stayed in a King Club room on the twelfth floor with a spectacular city view which I had requested. Our spotlessly clean room was large and well appointed. The bathroom had a separate shower and a wonderful deep soaking tub with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel. Having a "Club Room" gave us access to the Club Lounge for breakfast, beverages, and evening horderves, wine or cocktails....Food and staff were all excellent!!!
Check in/out was seamless, staff throughout the hotel were happy and very solicitous.
Living only 2.5 hours from Boston we travel there often. We've stated in both higher end hotels and B&Bs. I can honestly say that this was the best place we've ever stayed at in Boston. Period!!!
The only slight issue that some folks may have was the fire station across the street from the hotel. In the middle of the night the siren noise could disturb some lighter sleepers. ( I always travel with earplugs so no problems sleeping for me).
Bottom line, the ICB is "top drawer" on all levels. I can't wait to return!

We stayed here last year while visiting Boston and it was a great experience. The rooms were fantastic, the location was on the water close to many attractions, the service was great. Lovely are to sit out by the water. Great place to stay.

Lovely hotel with posh rooms, elegant dining and a great view of the waterfront. If you're looking for luxury in Beantown, this place has it! Coupled with the fact that you're still close to tourist destinations and the business districts make this an awesome choice for pleasure or business. Rooms are spacious but not overbearing. Parking can be expensive, but that's expected for the location so be sure to factor that into the cost of your visit.

Dining at the hotel was great so if you don't feel like going to far, head down to the lobby. If you're looking for good seafood, take a quick walk over to the seaport area and check out any of the restaurants over there for fresh seafood.

Dear EBHtravels,

It is wonderful to receive such positive feedback. As you mentioned, parking throughout the city can be costly and we do consider ourselves lucky to be in such a convenient vicinity of many public transportation options to make driving as avoidable as possible!

You could not be more on point about our many dining options. In addition to our extensive menu variety between the food and beverage outlets, we are excited to be hosting signature evening events throughout the summer at our newest concept, RumBa featuring Five-10 Waterfront! Thank you for sharing your outstanding feedback and please come visit us again soon.

Sincerely,

The waterfront location of this hotel is ideal for tourists, as well as being in the heart of the financial district for business. On check-in, when the agent realised it was a special 40th birthday celebration, she sent a cheese platter up to our room (even though we hadn't told them in advance and didn't ask for special treatment, and we arrived after 1am). The hotel was generally clean and well-kept, except for the elevators - every time we used them, there was something or other spilled on the floor or stepped into the floor. Rooms were comfy and well maintained. TVs huge!! Nice F&B options with several restaurant and bar choices. Would recommend.
