Our stay was everything we were expecting - the bedrooms were sizable, the kitchen and living area very nice. Having CVS literally next door was helpful, also - we were able to easily purchase breakfast and late night snack items. The only disappointment was the mattress on the pull-out sofa - it is the pullout that you grew up with; minimal mattress and a hard bar against the middle of your back. Would have been a five star review had the pullout mattress been more than bare-minimum quality.
Good: Good location, perfect kitchen, free parking
Bad：neighbours are little noisy. We can hear their music in 11 pm.
We stayed at The Avenir in Boston. I booked just a week out-- this property was one of the least expensive accommodations available at short notice in central Boston- but nothing could have been better. A full kitchen, two beds, two baths, washer/dryer in room... Very clean and modern, literally right above North Station. Perfect intersection of luxury, economy and convenience. Stay Alfred provided excellent customer service, and the property management/concierge is delightful.
This is our second Stay Alfred location. My teens love to "dream" of being young professionals who might be able to afford to live in one of these locations. They are clean, new, and well maintained. We have found that stay Alfred locations come with some noise, based on the location. We were within walking distance of the TD Garden, T, many bars and coffee shops. Bring headphones if you are a light sleeper.
Apartment was clean and modern and we loved the extra space. The parking space was ultimately convenient, and attached. Very rare! We were an 8 minute walk to restaurants in the north end. Uber is plentiful, fast and cheap for anything a bit further away.
The place was beautiful and perfect for our group of 4. The location was great- centrally located in Boston, also right near a subway stop.
Location was really convenient, apartment was really nice we were close to rogers stadium we could walk there for a hockey game you could walk everywhere in downtown
