We were a group of 33 arriving at the Four Seasons and our plane had arrived late . We had dinner reservations at the Top of the Hub and were running late. The staff had envelopes with our names on them with our key cards in them and handed them to us as we stepped into the hotel. What great service!

The breakfast and drinks were outstanding in the bar and restaurant.
Room service was quick and thorough.

Housekeeping was above and beyond.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the Boston Gardens

From the valet, to the check that greets you by name as you walk up to the front desk-(I guess they got my name from the valet), to the beautiful room, my stay was really wonderful. I do a lot of traveling throughout the year and really grow tired from the experience actually. But this hotel does such a wonderful job of anticipating your every need. Of course, it all starts with the staff. They seem to love what they're doing and seem genuinely happy to create a great experience for the guests. They operate like they're each owners' of the hotel! Many thanks to them all!

Room Tip: I did ask for a specific room. My view was of the Legal Seafood...so not facing the park...but the r...

This is a lovely hotel. Unlike many American chain hotels it offers free WiFi. Also, there was plenty of free still water topped up daily in the room. They have an excellent laundry service. If choosing a room, you should insist on one looking out to the front of the building where you have a view of Boston Common rather than one at the back where you are looking out on a side street. The one criticism I would make of this hotel is that when arriving outside, despite the fact that there were plenty of bell boys around, nobody offered to take my bags as I hauled them out of the taxi and into the reception area. The restaurant in the hotel, the Bristol Lounge, I have reviewed separately.

Room Tip: Get a room overlooking Boston Common

Thank you for taking the time to review our Boston hotel. I’m thrilled to know that you enjoyed our amenities including complimentary WiFi. As travelers ourselves, we understand just how important convenience - and small touches - can be. They make a difference, and often are the difference between a good trip and a great one. We appreciate your feedback regarding your arrival experience and have addressed this with our Front Services team. Thank you again for your review; we hope to welcome you back to our hotel once again.

Everything at the hotal was wonderful.
From the time we arrived until checkout the staff was professional and attentive. The bar and restaurant were busy but, at the samre time, private. The few issues we had were addressed and corrected immediatley.
Would stay here every time I am in boston.

We had a wonderful experience when we stayed with the Back Bay Four Seasons in October. Beautiful hotel, unbeatable location just a step away from the Common, gardens, and lovely shopping in Boylston. Our room was lovely, the staff were exceptional, the food was excellent.

We were attending a wedding hosted at the Four Seasons, and it was breathtaking. The hotel was also a wonderful venue for catching up with friends at the bar after the wedding and over breakfast next day.

This was a bit of a splurge weekend for us, but absolutely worth it. Delightful to be treated to such a special place for a few days.

Thank you for your kind review. I’m delighted to know that you enjoyed our hotel's central Boston location. The best compliment of all, however, is knowing that you received fantastic service from our hard-working staff. We hope each wedding at our Back Bay Hotel is equally as breathtaking as the one you attended - which is just as it should be. We value your business and hope to have the honor of welcoming you back to Boston - and to our hotel - in the near future.

Our stay was so wonderful. The courteous check in and helpfulness, to sending our bags up to our room. When we arrived at our room there was Champagne and chocolates set up for us. The room service was outstanding and very quick. Our check out was equally nice and I was so impressed that after we checked out the employee came out from behind the desk and walked us to the front door. Every aspect of our visit was a delightful.

Room Tip: I don't think there is a bad room to be had

Very expensive, but large, well-furnished rooms, twice-a-day towell changes, and newly upgraded bathrooms. Service is first rate, including hotel car for drop-offs anywhere in the downtown Boston area. (Getting back to hotel is your problem.)
