Great location, everything in excellent condition. Its a lovely hotel, although not nearly as unique as Four Seasons hotels were years ago.The property has a great fitness center, and everything at the property runs like clockwork.

I recently stayed at the property on a business trip. I have stayed at many Four Seasons hotels and found this one to be just ok. It is a good hotel but not great. The restaurant is under renovation, and the temporary one is just ok. The rooms are a bit dated. I have stayed at nicer properties in Boston.

Many thanks for your feedback. As a loyal Four Seasons guest, you’ll be pleased to know that the annual refurbishment in The Bristol Lounge has been completed and we are now welcoming guests to dine in our enhanced space. We very much appreciate your patience in having had to dine in a temporary space during your visit. We are also in the process of completing guestroom enhancements and we look forward to welcoming you back so you can experience these. Please don’t hesitate to contact me directly at awet.sium@fourseasons.com if I can assist personally with your next visit. The best hotel I've stayed in in Boston (I've stayed in 4), such friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I said the bed was too soft so they put a board under the mattress, and in the gym they offer you water and chilled towels.
No coffee maker in room but coffee and tea in the lobby and gym with fruit and pastries made up for it.
Lovely rooms and really good gym and pool with whirlpool. Sauna in the changing room.
Something's are a little too expensive -$9 for a glass of orange juice.
I will definitely stay again.

I stay here often. They treat me like royalty every time. I could go on and on with details, but it's really unnecessary. This place is one of the best. If I had to pick a negative, it would be that they allow dogs in the hotel. That just seems out of place, but I guess they strive to please everyone. I'd just rather not meet your dog in the elevator at the Four Seasons.

it was my fault; we were there for a wedding and waited till the last week to book.. I would have loved a room overlooking the public garden but it would have meant a room change the second night.. the other mistake was eating at legal seafood instead of the bristol lounge.. The wedding was fabulous and our weekend was so enjoyable.. the meals we had there were great and the rooftop pool was amazing. wish I had brought a bathing suit with me.. Loved the large walk in shower too.

Many thanks for your comments. We’re so delighted that you enjoyed your stay, the wedding that you attended, and that you were able to visit our lovely rooftop pool. Our Spa has swimsuits for purchase should you need to use one for future pool visits. Please let us know when you plan to visit again so we can assist with a reservation in The Bristol Lounge. Thank you again for your review, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Wonderful stay at Four Seasons, Boston. Room was amazing with spectacular view of Boston Commons public garden on a snowy afternoon. Staff was on top of everything and our meal at The Bristol Lounge was delicious!

Room Tip: Request room overlooking the gardens

The rooms and the hotel is old and bit run down, the food was not great at all, we ordered room service and must say that was very disappointed with the food. the property has a good view of the park but is not as convenient as other properties around which have easy acess to retail and other key locations.

Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that your experience was less than pleasant. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and product offerings. This is certainly not indicative of us and for that I apologize. I am proud to announce that we have property enhancements in progress and we have further enhancements planned for the future.
