We recently had our wedding at the Omni and it was a complete 5-star experience. The staff was extremely helpful and professional; the food was perfect and the room was decorated beautifully. Our coordinator, Jennifer, was amazing to work with and was able to meet all our requests. I would recommended this property and staff to anyone who is trying to have a luxury wedding in the city.

This was the last stop for us on a 3 week trip traveling with our 3 month old son. We booked two adjacent rooms, and our second room had apparently been given to another guest (perhaps someone over-stayed their visit?) The replacement room was absurd, less than half the size of the first room. Hotel staff placed the baby crib and small refrigerator inside (as arranged with our Loyalty Ambassador), but once this was in place there was literally (and I use the word properly) no room for our 5 suitcases, diaper bag, stroller and car seat. (3 weeks on the road with a 3 month old baby! Give it a try, you'll have an absurd amount of baggage.) The front desk staff did their best and got us reassigned for the second day, and our loyalty ambassador Kate went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. We were moved to a superior room for our second night and our first night was comped. When we returned from our day of sightseeing there must have been a watch put on our door key, for minutes after we returned there was a visit from Room service with complementary chilled white wine and chocolate covered strawberries! Everyone in our party was touched and impressed by their attention to detail - it truly made our trip. Tip: We arrived in a rental car, and all we used it for was to get my mother, wife and child to the hotel. A bellhop collected all our things and they went in and got settled while I took the car back to the airport. You are so central to everything here that a car is not required.

Disappointed with the room very small and the bed was only 4ft6ins and when you have big
husband it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Just got back from a stay there.
Pros: Ideal location, in between the Harbor and the Common. The Lobby staff was friendly at check in/check out and eager to help. The lobby staff remembered us as guests even though it is a extremely busy hotel. Professional but not pretentious. The Last Hurrah, the hotel, bar, is a neat place to have a drink and people watch. Hotel has an interesting history.

Cons: The rooms are tiny and they don't have Queen beds. Not conducive for a family of 4 that shares one room. Its a great location but with that comes a busy and loud part of the city, so if you want quiet at night/ early AM and large rooms, I don't recommend it.

If you are looking for location, this is your place. There is a great non-touristy (good bar food)restaurant right next door called Silvertone Grill.

I really enjoyed my stay.

My family stayed at the Omni Parker for a conference. My two girls were greeted at the desk with a small lunch book bag with crayons, coloring book, matching cards and a crazy straw. They were so excited. Before arriving, I went online and signed up for their loyalty program which is by far the best from any of the major hotel chains. Each morning we received a complementary beverage of our choice (for 2 guests) delivered right to our room. It was such a treat! We ordered coffee each morning and received a small pot enough for at least 2-3 cups per person. After checking out, my daughter had misplaced a toy and the security guard brought it right to us when we asked about it They had found it in the lobby and saved it. The hotel itself is beautiful old wood, classically decorated. The rooms are typical smaller downtown rooms but well maintained. Very well located to two major train lines (park street and state street) so it made getting around the city quite easy.

Room Tip: If you have a child, ask about the kids suite. It was booked when we arrived, but looked especially...

We had such a great trip to Boston! The location of the Omni was perfect and everything we needed was in walking distance. Lots of history behind this hotel also. The bell hops were amazing! Very attentive. Rooms were pretty small but that was expected in such an old hotel. I recommend top floor for sure. :) enjoy!!

The hotel has a historic elegance. The rooms are small by modern standards, but the location more than makes up for it! We didn't eat there, but the market is close by and you are right on the Freedom Trail. Was a great stay!!
