Great location, huge lobby when you arrive.... And a glass of Champagne. That's our experience when we arrived in Revere. It's correct that there are also bad sides: check-in was slow (new staff ... But Champagne helps), carpet smells in the corridor (is that the glue due to refurbishment?) and the swiming pool is not the most fantastic yiu've ever seen. For the rest: great location, nice staff, easy to find bikes nearby and metro.

The staff referred to us by our names which made us feel rather special. The newly renovated hotel is hip and modern in appearance. The rooms are spacious with a fresh and modern feel. The beds and pillow are comfy and inviting. Turn down service with a box of popcorn is a nice touch. The restaurant has a choice of buffet or cooked to order menu. Because of the central location and ease of check-in and check-out we will definitely return again.

I usually only review a hotel if it was bad just to give a warning signal to my fellow travelers. In this case it it much different. Our stay at this hotel was above and beyond our expecations. The main reason for our glowing recommendation is because the work of Naser with Guest Services. He treated us like we were VIP guests. Other staff were very helpful such as Richard and Muhammad with planing activities or printing out boarding passes. Stay here and you won't be disapointed!

Room Tip: One of the three elevators were down so I recommend getting a room on a floor that you can take the...

This was a great find. The hotel looks like it was newly renovated - contemporary, very mod... They did a nice job. Check in was a pleasant surprise with a glass of champagne. The room was spacious for 4 gals sharing and the beds were very comfortable. Big flat screen TV and nice plush bathrobes. The location is great, you can do alot of walking to places. The staff is wonderful & Richard was great in guiding us to places for fun... Would stay here again... The only negative was the carpet in the hallway had a bad odor.

We spent a night here. Booked through hotwire. We were very pleased with the hotel. Room was a good size and bed, pillow, linens were comfortable. Staff was great. No real issues with the elevators. They are generally never quick enough in most hotels that I've stayed at and we noticed no significant difference. Apparently, the hotel manager reads the tripadvisor reviews about this issue, though, because every time that we were waiting for an elevator and there was a staff person waiting to bring up luggage he held the elevator door open and told everyone who was waiting to go on in ahead of him. We stayed on the 10th floor and noticed no unusual odor in the hallway, so maybe that issue has been resolved. No street noise in the room and the AC worked great. Great location a couple of blocks from the Common--nice and central. I'd definitely would stay here again.

issues that have created serious problems during our stay:
- Our toilets were out of service for a whole day without anything being done by the staff even though we specifically told them repeatedly!
- Several items were missing from our room, where he had also insisted heavily to get them, not to do it when you're on vacation!
- Our room was only partially cleaned ... What a nice surprise as we go after a long day of walking ...
- Extremely noisy room means our neighbors as if they were with us ...
- The balcony on which you boast all sites with your hotel is, you must admit, unusable (noise + dirt).

As part of our stay of 18 days in the United States, our 2 nights in this hotel was the worst experience while we expected a lot from this one seemed beautiful and warm. We were very disappointed considering the price paid ...

The Revere is in an excellent location and within easy walking distance of all the main tourist areas in Boston. We didn’t need to use our car at all during our 3 night stay but found the hotel’s car park on the expensive side. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had a good selection of toiletries for us to use. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the Emerald bar early evening was pleasant enough. The gym is well equipped especially for a cycling enthusiast like me as there were really advanced computer controlled exercise bikes available. I’d describe the pool area as functional rather than spectacular.

On the negative side, the elevators are slow and don’t cope well with the guest’s demands and our bedroom’s air conditioning unit was noisy and floor mounted right next to our bed. There was smell of vomit in the corridor outside our room which was present throughout our stay. I would urge severe caution with the balconies as these appeared to be on the low side to me and there was a fatal fall by another guest during our stay.

Overall a very good hotel for the money in an excellent location which I would recommend.
