Rooms with doors in between have 0 sound proofing. You hear everything from the people next door. For the price of the room and what is offered I would not recommend it. Also you have to pay for wireless.

Stephen,
We’re sorry to hear that we were unable to provide you with a rewarding experience during your recent stay at our hotel. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate your feedback about the noise from neighboring guests audible through the connecting doors and walls. Your comments will help us to correct these issues moving forward and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again the next time you’re in the area.
Sincerely,

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, particularly the doormen Chris and Barry Buchanan. They are the first and last faces you see at the property, and they were as kind, personable and informative as you could ever hope for. The male concierge was also excellent - helping us with dinner reservations although he had several other things going on simultaneously. Our family has a disabled member confirned to a wheelchair and the service and the personal attention was tremendous. The disabled room was adequate, and that was only after having to change from the first room, which was not as accessible as originally billed. The manager was very helpful in arranging for the switch in rooms. The 2nd disabled room was slightly more accommodating with a roll-in shower, but the room itself is not wheelchair friendly and was actually much smaller than the room in which our 15 year old children stayed. The attached restaurant was extremely overpriced for breakfast. The fitness center was superb. Overall, a hotel we would stay in again. The people are truly outstanding, but the disabled accommodations could have been a bit better with better planning.

Room Tip: Our 15 year old kids' rooms which ended inthe number 31 were outstanding, and much better (large...

Dear Stephen L.
Thank you for choosing our hotel and for the wonderful kind words regarding our team members. We are delighted to share your comments with our entire team, but especially our two doormen Chris and Barry and our concierge John. We’re glad the entire team demonstrated their hospitality to ensure you made the most of your time in Boston. It is good to hear that our brand new fitness center enhanced your stay as well. Most importantly, thank you for the valuable feedback on the accessible rooms. We have an excellent supply of accessible rooms, and we’ve reached out to an expert to ensure that we quickly reclassify or adjust any rooms as needed. We hope you will be back with us in Boston soon.
Sincerely,
Brian Martens

I stay here a lot. The new gym upgrades are fantastic. A lot more space, more equipment, and better lighting. The room is the same as usual and the location is good. My room service food though was an F. I would have sent the food back if I was down in the restaurant, but I had work to do and did not want to wait. My salad was thrown together with odd large chunks of things that were not edible and my quesadilla had chewy bits of steak and was overly greasy and not crisp. For $50, I was highly disappointed.

Stayed one night in a one bedroom suite. Couch was deplorable to sit on never mind sleeping on it. Phone system unreliable to operate, coffee maker broken, and staff on the front desk not very personable or helpful. My grandchildren's first stay in Boston, not quite what we expected. Early arrival was great had more time to sightsee and extended parking appreciated. Would not stay here again.

Very good hotel, well situated in Boston to easily walk to any of the main attractions in Boston, North End, Freedom Trail, Boston Common, Faneuil Hall. Very nice room, well laid out, very comfortable bed, well appointed. Very positive experience and would use this hotel again without hesitation.

Stayed a Saturday night during the snow storms. Hotel is in financial district so not a lot happening or open during weekend but only a short walk to other areas. Room was as expected and bathroom large. Gym was a highlight with modern equipment including virtual cycling and running machines.

We were attending an event in the city and decided to stay over. The Hilton was a great location as my husband's office is close by and he has parking. Our dogs (small) were welcomed and everyone was friendly. Rooms are adequate size for 2 and very nicely appointed. Not much of a lobby although there is a bar/restaurant adjacent to the entrance.
