Every Hotel should send their employees here to observe how to offer Exceptional Customer Service. Top of the line Staff!! In addition to the excellent service, the Seaport also has Amazing rooms and a great location. I don't know how they can offer the services and comfort they do at such an affordable price! Kudos to this company!!!!

This hotel was excellent. They have a "no tipping" policy and service was better than ever. The location was great, right on the water and next to so many great places to eat. The entire hotel is super clean and I was very happy with our room location as it was very quiet. Our room was cleaned every day promptly and looked great upon our return. We also tried room service one evening and the service was quick and the food was delicious. I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay in an executive suite at the Seaport Hotel. We were promptly helped with our bags upon pulling up to the hotel, and the staff would not accept tips.

When we were checking in, our kids were offered toys from the toy chest- even my older kids were thrilled to pick out a new match box or hot wheels car. So much fun!

It's always stressful to travel with food allergies, but staying an eating at the Seaport made everything so much less stressful. The breakfast buffet (which is the absolute BEST buffet anywhere in our opinion), was mostly nut-free on the days we stayed, and the kitchen was happy to make my son his own "safe" pancakes so he didn't have to worry. The kids loved the cool honeycomb that they could scrape their own honey off of at breakfast! Did you know that the Seaport raises its own bees? So cool.

Room service food was amazing (we loved the food at the Seaport Hotel!) and they did such a nice job handling our son's allergies. He was so happy to be able to eat exactly what he wanted and know that it was safe for him.

The kids loved swimming in the pool, and they loved having lots of room in the suite. My favorite thing about our room was actually the soap in the bathroom- it was a pump!! No little slimy bars of soap to share!

The Seaport is right near the "T" so it's easy to get around Boston. We drove everywhere and were close enough to everything. It was a great weekend at a great hotel and we can't wait to go back!

I spent 3 nights in August at the Seaport Hotel in Boston for a business conferance. The rooms, service and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. The Hotel was conviniently located near the Boston World Trade Center where much of the conferance took place. I took the silver line public transportation from the airport to a stop directly across the street from the Hotel. By the way this was free transportation from Logan airport to the Hotel. I also took this same transportation back to the airport and the cost was only $2.50 per person. Each way took approximately 10 minutes and the bus was very clean and comfortable.

While at the hotel I was ablr to walk out one day and see some of Boston's historical sights, such as Paul Revere's house and I walked the entire Freefom Trail arround Boston.

Loved the Hotel, loved the City, and everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant. I will stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I stayed at the Seaport for a friend's wedding. The front desk was courteous and efficient. The room was clean, large. and had a nice view. The amenities, we didn't use but looked great. We were in walking distance to restaurants and it easy to walk to Downtown Boston. We were pleasantly surprised by the free T-bus shuttle ride from the airport to the World Trade Center station, right by the hotel.
The wedding was beautiful, the venue and staff were amazing.

Stephanie and Nichole were excellent to work with. We had about a thousand requests and changes and they accommodated all. It was a great pleasure working with them and I will be sure to stay there again, should i be in Boston again.

The breakfast buffet was truly delicious and the staff very sweet and personable.
The beds were so comfortable and the housekeeping and managerial staff were very kind.

Overall unbelievable experience, especially for the price.

The executive suite was wonderful for my family of 5. My 3 small children were able to sleep comfortably in the living space with the addition of a cot allowing my husband and I to have our "own room". The hotel was within comfortable walking distance of the children's museum, the aquarium and Quincy market. The service at the hotel was outstanding - the staff were very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Room service was prompt and delicious. The gym was huge with a lot of available equipment. Water taxi transportation to and from the airport was available right across from the hotel and was more fun and less expensive than a regular cab. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
