We have stayed at the Seaport several times in the past year and the service and friendliness of everyone we encounter is remarkable. The check in process was great. She was super friendly and gave us an extra perk that we did not even ask for or expect. We loved the fact that because it was World Series time in Boston, the entire staff was dressed "down" in Red Sox gear. That indicates that they don't have to take themselves too seriously and can have a little fun with the guests. When travelling it doesn't have to be straightlaced and businesslike. It really created a relaxed experience.
The location is great and convenient to the Seaport district. We're coming back for New Year's Eve!More
