The company I consult for booked a conference room at the Seaport Hotel. I expected the ordinary but was greeted by the extraordinary. From the beautiful flowers in the lobby to the wonderful staff this hotel was amazing. My colleagues and I discussed the "eye for detail" in every aspect from soap to lotion. Not a single detail was lacking and everything was accomplished with elegance and flare. I barely felt like I was working. I am planning on returning to Boston with my husband to enjoy this beautifully renovated, fabulous hotel.

Room Tip: Harbor view

The staff at the Seaport Boston Hotel could not have been nicer and more accommodating. There were no requests that they did not gladly accommodate. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here on our wedding night and it was an amazing experience. Staff was very catering to our needs, brought us a wine and cheese platter, made out night special. The price was a bit steep, but the views were lovely.

Booked two nights for a stay to attend the Boston Boat Show. Arrival by car was easy, as it was right off the highway. We elected to use the self park option, and a friendly doorman greeted us at the front entrance, and directed us to the entrance of the garage, which in underground, around the corner from the front door. A fixed cost for come and go as you wish for 24 hours was a nice option, in what seemed to be the quietest parking garage we've ever been in (no screeching tires around corners, no one else heard coming of going). A elevator in the middle leads you straight to the lobby where we checked in and upgraded our room with ease.

Initially we booked a deluxe, king bed room but upgraded to the Harbor View King room, which was nice to watch the comings and goings in the harbor and especially for pilots (like myself) to watch the comings and goings at Logan Airport. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed, nice channel selection, mini-bar in the mini-fridge and adjoining couch to watch thru the window. The bathroom was nicely furnished, and the large shower with two showerheads (though unable to use both at the same time) was enjoyable. A large, in wall safe was located in the closet, large enough to hold a 15 inch laptop, full size Ipad and more. Room service was available, but we didn't utilize it.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor, which we ate breakfast at one morning. You can either order off of the menu or choose the buffet, but it is expensive for a small buffet. A small coffee bar is around the corner too. Across the street is a Dunkin Donuts. There is a bar on the first floor, which seemed very lively and entertaining at night.

Wifi worked well in the room, a plus that it was free. There was a indoor pool, skinny but long which made it great for laps, but was overtaken by kids and families. Plus, it was cold. No hottub offered for the adults (as numerous adults were looking for one), only a steam room/sauna. Safe, short (3-4 mins) walking distance to the convention center from the mezzanine level or 1 minute walk to the trade center across the street where a home show was going on.

Room Tip: Depends on your budget and whether or not you want to see the water or not.

Spent four nights here while my boyfriend attended a nearby conference. I did some solo sightseeing during the day while he attended the sessions. This hotel has excellent proximity to the Silver Line World Trade Center stop for the T. Since you are in Seaport, you are a little removed from the heart of Boston, but it is very easy to get around to all the different areas in town (Back Bay, Financial District, North End, South End, Chinatown). The hotel is very modern. The lobby is very welcoming. The beds are comfy. The front desk is very accommodating. Free wifi. Decent breakfast, albeit kind of pricey. They even have this very interesting "Seaport Pillow Library" which is a menu of 11 different pillow types, in case the provided pillows aren't cutting it for you. Also, there is a 7-11 right across the street if room service is no longer available and you want some late night munchies. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Room Tip: We stayed on the 16th floor facing the airport side- such a nice harbor view!
