Very modern and clean hotel with large rooms that contained all the mod cons. Excellent gym facilities and pool, that was quiet on both occasions I used them. Although out of the city centre, the hotel has direct access to the T ( Silver line). This line provides direct access to Logan Airport. Hotel is also inclusive with no tipping and is top class for the relatively low price for a hotel in Boston. Would definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed while attending the Boston Marathon. The hotel was every nice, but it was the staff that exceeded our expectations... They were fantastic!!!! The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. Very comfortable beds. Within walking distance to the downtown area (Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, etc) 10-15 min along the waterfront trail. Very nice. Close to several very good restaurants. Easy access from the highways and parking was very convenient and reasonably priced. We highly recommend...the service and the location are well worth the price.

We were back in Boston for Patriot's Day 2014 since the prior year ended on such a tragic note. We have always been impressed with the accomodations and the staff. The newly renovated rooms were outstanding - fresh, modern, love the little reading lights for each side of the bed! The location is perfect for the activities we had planned.
We spend several weekends a year in Boston and never stay anywhere else. I also loved the fact that many of the staff wore "Boston Strong" gear to be part of the moment and show guests that we have Patriots Day back in our hands during a very emotional weekend for runners and spectators alike. Thank you for doing that, it was a special touch.

This is a beautiful hotel that is a pretty good value. The rooms are excellent, and it is literally the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The bathrooms are amazing, and the shower is spacious. They also have a ledge in the shower that you can shave your legs on if you need to. The TV in the room is of good size, and on each side of the king bed that I had, there were USB phone chargers. Also, the room we had on the 17th floor had an amazing view of Boston Harbor, and the airport is very close by. You can watch planes take off and touch down from your window, which is kind of fun - and also quiet; you don't hear a thing.

The woman working the front desk at check-in was very helpful and arranged for dinner reservations for us at the nearby LTK restaurant. That was really nice.

We also ordered room service. The gentleman who came to our door was very friendly and helpful, and the pizza was ordered was actually pretty reasonably priced (it was $18, I think?) and really good. Other stuff on the menu... a little pricey, but it is a really nice hotel.

Would definitely come back if we ever go to Boston again. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Seaport Hotel more than exceeded our expectations!! The staff was very friendly & accommodating. Our room was stunning, clean, modern and had everything you could possibly need including a great view! The beds were VERY comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and we were there the weekend of the marathon! The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Our 2 daughters loved the pool which was very clean. The complimentary shuttle downtown was a huge plus! Cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a harbor view!

I stay at The Seaport Hotel almost every week since I travel to Boston for business. The hotel has recently rennovated and they've done a very nice job. The new color scheme is fresh and clean. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. They also are always trying to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. They even have a "Pillow Menu!" I also like the fact that they have a "no tipping" policy because there is a service charge already included in the bill. This means that you don't have to have singles at the ready every time someone delivers something to your door -- nice idea. The hotel is also VERY close to the airport and it's possible to take the Silver Line from the airport to the hotel for free! I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: All rooms are good but I really like room 615!

This was my first time to this hotel and I recommend it highly. We were checking out local colleges and the place we stayed last time (closer to downtown) wanted more than double what we paid last time and also double what we paid at the Seaport Boston this time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the valet to the doorman to the front desk. There is a "no tipping" policy at the hotel, which was a nice surprise. I think it is built into the rate, but it made me feel so much more comfortable that it was worth it. We used both the pool and the gym, and both were great. The room, perhaps a little tight for a family of 4, was newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and very clean too. We will definitely plan to stay here the next time we are in Boston.

Room Tip: ask for a newly renovated room
