Great location for business - close to Silver Line and 10 minutes from the airport. Clearly a business hotel as there were a couple of conferences going on when I stayed. There are some decent restaurant choices onsite - beyond what I would have expected. This is a 5 Diamond property. Free wifi and free newspaper delivery was a nice touch. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a Walgreens close by. The rooms were immaculate (renovated this spring) and I was impressed at the amenities - all designed to generate minimum waste. The layout of the room is very thoughtful and spacious. New SAMSUNG smart TV on the wall. All lights can be controlled by a bedside switch. The only downside was that I never figured out how to control the room temp - it was always freezing no matter how high I turned the thermostat. In the hotel's defense I never called them to rectify, however. There is no noise, street or otherwise, which was nice. Overall this is a great property and I would recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in unique location. Accessible to everything and on the water. Lovely, accommodating staff; beautiful rooms. Used this hotel and the World Trade Center for business event (250 people). The best venue in the country for this annual event. Unique "no tipping" policy but the service remains excellent.

very sad this place has become what it is. It used to be a great place for weddings and to stay . not anymore the issues that my cousin had with her wedding there and the attitude of the staff when they lost reservations etc , including mine was totally unprofessional, unforgiving, unapologetic etc. I used to recommend this venue to my clients. aka high profile ones and lots of brides but I will not anymore. Very sad the money you pay is not the experience you get in one of the best districts of Boston these days.

Excellent hotel in the wharf area with free transit service from the airport (SL1). Good choice of restaurants/bars and entertainment venues within walking distance (and in the hotel itself - of course). Great place for business meetings, close to downtown but not too close. The hotel is nicely finished and very comfortable. The only issue would be it seems a bit pricey for the average budget conscious tourist, but for an "expenses paid" business traveler it is fine.

Well kept secret, great hotel, recently redecorated and staffed with well trained personnel. Tip free is a nice touch but the friendly staff made the stay exceptional. Beautiful harbor views and location is convenient to some great restaurants . Take advantage of their car service for free transportation to the north end.

It's been a few years since I stayed at the Boston Seaport Hotel, but when I visited in July I was glad to see it was as clean, fresh and updated as it had been when I had been there last. Fabulous bed linens, outstanding shower, and best of all, exemplary and polite service from all employees. I loved that there was a keuring coffee/tea maker in the room. This is my very favorite of Boston hotels. Less than a block away from a variety of fine dining restaurants along the waterfront.
