We stayed at the Seaport for four days in Jan. 2010 while attending a convention at the Boston Convention Center. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the Internet on the free in-room computer, which could not be resolved by the Hotel staff. They contacted their resident computed tech. that left a message suggesting ways to correct my problem along with his cell phone number to call him if his suggestions did not work which I thought went above and beyond. The on-site exercise facilities are top rate. We especially like the steam room, which certainly helped to remove the kinks after spending a day working the convention. We also like the non-tipping policy; it’s so much more convenient to have a service charge added t the bills. All in all we would certainly recommend the Seaport.

I stayed at The Seaport last August for seven nights as the hotel was ideally located for the live concerts at The Bank of America Pavilion which I was attending. The neighborhood is quiet but boasts several small restaurants and bars within walking distance. Transfers from Logan airport take approximately 15 minutes.
The large rooms have good facilities and the hotel itself has an excellent business centre. Staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. I was fortunate to secure a room during 'low' season for £65 a night through Hotels.com as on a subsequent visit in December the room rate was twice the price!
The hotel obviously attracts many businessmen due to it's location south of the financial district. There are better located tourist hotels in the city but for me, The Seaport ticked all the boxes. Excellent Business Class Luxury . .. occasionally at an affordable price.

This hotel was everything that I was looking for in a conference hotel --convenient to the airport (9 min. with the Silver Station bus), convenient to the convention center (a short walk over a bridge), convenient to good food, convenient to other transportation (MBTA), clean, friendly service, and nice amenities. We loved the "Sleep Pillow Library" since we were librarians. The in-room refrigerator and safe were a plus as well as Bose alarm clock radio. The hotel was even nice enough to let us check out late (free as long as it is before 2 pm). The only bad thing that I heard my colleagues talk about was the Christmas tree and decorations that were still up --at least on the Plaza level and the fact that hotel staff didn't know the name of the conference rooms that were actually located at the Seaport, but in the World Trade Center part (it took awhile to find our meeting)

I stayed at the Seaport Hotel while attending a conference and can't say enough wonderful things about the experience. The entire stay was a little oasis of calm and serenity. The courtesy of all the staff was tremendous, and any request was addressed immediately. The room was lovely -- quiet, immaculate, nicely appointed, comfortably climate controlled, with excellent bed and linens. Complimentary WiFi was a huge plus. I would recommend the hotel without reservation to my colleagues, friends, and family. Looking forward to a return visit!
