We were looking for a decent priced hotel in Boston and this ticked the box. The room itself was fine and the beds were comfy. We weren't expecting anything fancy - and we didn't get anything fancy! As others have said the decor is tired and there are few facilities (i.e no bar area) other than a swimming pool (v.cold when we visited). The location is good and the staff are friendly.

Great location, able to get around city easily, easy to shopping, baseball and historical destinations. Great City with history. Very clean well looked after. Great shopping centre, at the Prudential Centre

The hotel decor is a little old fashioned, sure, but the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage, comfortable beds and good pillows. Linens and towels are good and clean, as is the standard of housekeeping generally. The shower had good pressure and no problem getting hot water when we wanted. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and had no problem at all providing everything we asked for. Free wifi was a pleasant surprise given we've paid twice as much for a hotel room in the vicinity and they charged $15 a day. Location is great and with Thornton's and the Prudential just down the street breakfast is no problem at all. Great value for money.

I have been to this property several times and will continue reserving. However there was a gentleman at time of check in I felt was not too customer friendly and a bit rude. The room was freezing, I called front desk and was shown how to turn off the ac however all night I had to turn it on and off manually to regulate my temperature. It remained either on or off to be frozen. In the morning I showered with Luke warm to cold water. However my husband had hot water???? was a bit disappointing.

Very overpriced for the amenities provided. It is an outdated building, you are purely paying for the location. Old design, slow Internet, no breakfast, no shuttle to/from the airport, generally poor.

Bathroom small and tired looking ; washroom separated from toilet and shower. Excellen location, though and I would stay at Midtown again. Staff polite and helpful.
