Stayed at the Harborside Inn over the weekend. Great place to explore waterfront, North End, and Fannuel Hall. Great location, walking distance to lots of Boston's sites. It's an old warehouse converted into a modern hotel. The rooms (different styles to choose from) were very accommodating. There are views into the inner courtyard and some city site rooms as well. They have an adjoining bar that was quite busy later in the night. You can park at a nearby garage (5 minute walk) for a reasonable price (get validated at hotel), as parking fees in Boston go. No restaurant on property except for a coffee shop in the lounge. However, there are plenty of places nearby to eat. You are literally a block from Fannuel Hall market, 10 minutes to North End and the waterfront. We got some great rates for a weekend stay. Check it out.

Room Tip: Unless you are staying in your room, get the inner court yard view, why pay more for a city view?

Went to Boston this weekend for my girlfriends 21st birthday, and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Didn't have on complaint about it this hotel. We stayed in a city view room for two nights. There was a friendly staff on hand, the rooms were clean, and its located next to so many different bars, shops, and things to do. Being nothing short of amazing, the Harborside Inn made our stay to be on of the greatest getaways I've ever been on. I highly recommend.

Spent the Valentine's/Presidents weekend here and we had a terrific time. The hotel is centrally located to many of the historic sites and within walking distance to the many restaurants in the North End. We had a King Atrium View and the room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet (no outside city noise)

Did not take advantage of the ground floor bar or coffee cafe but did see many people there enjoying themselves.

Would definitely stay here again!

Location is everything and in Boston, let's face it: it's the only thing.

The Harborside is a great place to hang your hat & luggage if you're looking to spend time over on the waterfront, down by the aquarium, head off on a boat cruise, etc. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. As a business traveler, I'm also on the look out for good WiFi (no problems here as that was great as well)

Also, if you're coming from Logan, it's 25 feet away from the Blue Line stop at Aquarium, so basically that's another bonus. A great place to stay and I'll be back!

Found a great deal online to stay at Harborside Inn for 1 night while passing through Boston. It is very nice, clean and extremely convenient to many close by attractions, restaurants and the airport. The city view room provides great sites of the city from your room. Located on State, it is very close to many popular attractions. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Boston.

The only downside to Harborside, they do not have rooms with 2 beds and do not offer rollaways or fold out couches.

A superb location for discovering this city reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The room spacious ,very comfortable and clean. Many attractions are within walking distance of the hotel , Quincy Market / Faneuil Hall/ Boston Harbour, the North End .A 10 to 15 minute walk takes you to Boston Common , the Granary burial ground, Kings Chapel etc .
There is no room service or breakfast offered but the many cafes , and restaurants in this area means that you will soon find a place to enjoy any meal. A list of suggestions is found in the room .
The subway is just a few steps from the hotel's front door, as is the trolley bus tour office and trolley stop. The ferry drop off point is only a few minutes away and is a great way to reach the hotel from the airport.
We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all who want to discover Boston.

Great location, coffee, tee and internet in the lobby.
The rooms are big and clean.
This is a great choice if you are looking a reasonably priced hotel in the center of the city.
I stayed at a lot of other downtown hotels in Boston and while most of them offered a bit more in terms of facilities and services available they also charged much higher rates.
