We were shocked and not what we expected for. $400 a night room. That's all we git a room! Not even a kettle to make a drink or bottle of complimentary water.

The room was incredibly noisy even though we were on the top floor. The double glazing was non effective, we ended up putting cotton wool in our ears to sleep.

Lighting is very poor in the bedroom and bathroom.

The TV was ancient and even had a VCR player, when did you last see one of those.

Were sadly here for 3 nights and 2 to go....!!

Would not recommend this.

Stayed for an overnight and picked here based on price and location. The location is great...right next to Fanueil Hall. The room was a little outdated...there's a VCR player for your VHS tapes. It didn't really matter though....we only slept there. Probably more like 3 1/2 stars....if you have the money, there are nicer places to stay, but this was affordable and fine all around.

When we entered our room our jaws dropped. This was without doubt the most dismal, tiny cell that we had ever experienced. I don't think the hotel is that old, its just someone's weird design idea. We complained and said that for the price charged we didn't expect sub budget accommodation. To their credit they immediately gave us an upgrade and the reception staff were as helpful as they could be.
We didn't like the hotel as a whole and if it was possible we would have cancelled there and then.
There is a well stocked bar in this hotel but on the evening we visited they closed up at 9.30pm "because nothing much was doing". We sat outside whilst the chairs and tables were cleared up around us.

Room tip: Don't necessarily accept the first room you are offered.

Great location, huge rooms, great walk in shower, and a great value if you can catch a good price. We paid $180 for a very large room with a king bed and huge shower. The only negatives were really low water pressure and no coffee maker in the room. 2 minute walk to Faneuil Hall and the Market, 10 minutes to the North End Restaurants, and 1 minute to the wharf and the boat rides.

We stayed in this very nice hotel for 3 nights.
Our room was on the 4 th floor in room 401. This room was without streetview but inside. Very Nice and quiet. The room was also very big and clean.
Most of all location, in the heart of the city and harbor the perfect place to start your holiday.
Staff is also friemelt and helpfull.
