This hotel is very business like, corporate, not at all warm or particularly welcoming although the bell staff and doormen were really helpful. Its right off Copley Sq towards Symphony, and its pretty $$$. My room thermostat didn't work well and the room was quite warm, there was a pad but no pen, and the cords for both bedside lamps were unplugged behind a heavy bed. Someone was sent up to help. The bed was very very comfortable, and the windows opened. Great location, and good for Northeastern visits. I'd prefer something a bit homier....but the do have long large umbrellas to borrow in the lobby, just ask.
