Recently stayed here and loved it, the the room was very clean and made me feel at home. Loved the area as well, everything like bars & restaurants were close at walking distance. An Employee there by the name of Carla was very polite and helpful when i asked about the best restaurants to visit in the Boston area. Will definately recommend this hotel to family & friends !

Great location with bsoton common only about 5 min walk away.
Staff as a whole were nice amd helpful, especially shawn who gave us the most help.
Free drinks and snack available.
Kitchette in room which was great as could store drinks etc on hot summer days, also we like quite simple breakfasts so having fridge made this easy.
Easy short walk of subway station if coming in from airport.

Positive: Our room was on the small side but workable for two people. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff kept it clean throughout our stay. The hotel is within walking distance to the major downtown attractions and many good restaurants, bars, etc.

Negative: The TV apps did not work. Specifically, Netflix and Amazon Prime. On our second day, I asked for a fix and it was not addressed by day 7 when we checked out. There were also a few small issues that we noticed. One day we were given a hand towel with two holes. Same day no bath mat was provided. No back up box of tissue. No additional coffee pods were available. It's the small things you notice more when paying $250+ per night.

Room Tip: Quieter floors are floor four and above.
