The room was great, breakfast one of the best I've had in a hotel, personnel friendly, pleasant & helpful! Location good. Parking adequate. A Witch was checkout person. She did a super job! Would definitely stay again.

We arrived in Tupelo after a sleepless 24 hours with a relative who was in the hospital in Macon, GA. We hoped to skip dinner and go straight to sleep in order to continue our journey home the following morning. Not only are the walls paper thin, our room was next to the EXERCISE ROOM. That could have been tolerated. We fell asleep around around 7pm and were quickly awakened by the shrieks and splashing from the pool, which seemed to be full to capacity until 10pm!!! I tried ear plugs but could not get to sleep until everyone finally went inside at about midnight. The next morning, I opened the curtains and saw exactly how close the pool was. I'm surprised we didn't get WET. The room features comfy bedding and pillows, but that is USELESS with all the noise!! The only "chair" in the room was too small and too low to even sit in. Nice towels, water pressure. So-so breakfast bar. Free beer at check-in and free cookies too. The cookies were terribly underbaked--just like raw dough. ick.

Room Tip: Avoid room 125!!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your review and bring your comments to my attention. I sincerely apologize for the disappointed experience you had and I would like to assure you that this is most definitely not the high quality standards our hotel is famous for and I am taking your review very seriously. I have spoken with the staff about the pool hours and to make sure they keep the noise level down when guest's are in the pool at night. Once again I do apologize on behalf of Comfort Inn for any convenience this may have caused.

The outside and lobby were neat and well maintained. It is right on McCullough Blvd and easy to get into. There were no restaurants within walking distance, although lots within 5 miles. Even though we didn't need it, we were given a small, handicapped room. It had a large desk, 1 easy chair, 1 luggage rack (we used the easy chair for our 2nd suitcase). was a The AC was quiet and worked well. There was no refrigerator or microwave, but there was a single cup coffeemaker. The flat screen TV had 50+ channels. The bathroom was an ok size, but it was not well equipped for handicapped people. There were no hand grips anywhere in the bathroom or the walk-in shower. There were shelves underneath the sink, so a wheelchair wouldn't fit underneath it. The hotel was very noisy and there was a high pitched whine that woke up my husband and myself (he said it was the water pipes). The fire alarm went off at 7:30 AM because of burned toast. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:15 AM because she wanted to clean the room - that's a little early for an 11 AM checkout time. The breakfast eating area as well as the food area were small and cramped. The food was always refilled, but no one cleaned off the tables or swept the floor. We had to clear a table for ourselves. The food itself was good - waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit, cereals, muffins, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice, etc.

I am truly sorry about your disappointing experience during your recent stay. This is a very concerning review and I am taking your comments very seriously. I will follow-up with our Housekeeping right away to understand what happened with your room as this is most definitely not how it should feel for guests a Comfort Inn. In the meantime, I would love to personally apologize for what is an unacceptable experience.

We stayed here on night one of our road trip west. It was clean and perfect for our one night stay. Towels were on the thin side and breakfast was the normal stuff that isn't so great. Staff very friendly. The beds were clean and comfortable. Great room for the price. The only thing that needed attention was the hallway on the 2nd floor. Stains on the carpet is an immediately turn off but the carpet in the room was ok. Would stay here again.

Overall, not bad and we would stay again. Staff was excellent. Living part of the rooms were overall clean with a few carpet stains. Beds were very comfortable and nice. Bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been with mildew all over the shower area, otherwise it was fine. Breakfast was good but slow due to a small breakfast area with a full hotel. Outside the hotel smelled like sewage, it may have been a hotel issue or a city issue, not sure, but worth noting.

Nice motel -clean, bed was comfortable. Small and convenient. Forgot to ck for fridge in amenities ( wasn't one:(
Breakfast was good.
Regina, front desk ( and everything else it seemed) was great and very busy running a motel! Smiles, good advice, helpful. Give her a raise.
Strong perfumy smell in the room, seems to be a trait of Comfort Inn. Lighten up

I arrived with a group of motorcycle riders (military/government) and stayed at the Comfort Inn on McCullough Blvd. We were cheerily greeted by a very nice young lady named Latoya. She started with a cheery disposition and excellent customer service-- and our stay only got better. The rooms were nice and clean, the snack/lounge area was clean, and everything was very modern and well maintained. The cleaning crew were smiling and laughing with us-- a very nice experience! When we go our own way, this motel will be highly recommended by all EIGHT of our men. We appreciate your attention to customer service and welcoming attitude. We give Latoya a High Five & a BIG Thumbs up! (Your other staff was nice, too!) (Room 108 customer)

Room Tip: Simply ask at the desk; the staff here will be very helpful!
