We first heard about this restaurant watching the Food Channel's Diner's, Drive In's and Dive's. We tried to get in one Saturday night a couple of month's ago but it was a 90 minute wait so gave up. Aaah but no wait on a Friday at 1130 a.m. on our next visit to San Diego. This place is situated in a grungy beach area of San Diego and the restaurant fits right in. Tough parking, grungy restaurant decoration a mix of beach types, yuppies and great food! The bar looks as popular as the restaurant. The Pho is delicious with deep flavors and all fresh ingredients. Very reasonable priced, good service...did you ever notice in many restaurants that servers move kinda slow right after it opens? We watched the food going out from the kitchen and there is so much more than the steaming bowls of Pho. So much more to explore.

We decided to try this place out after seeing it on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The wings were incredible, and I don't even like wings!! Our dinners were equally as delicious. We will definitely go back!!

It is wonderful to go to a fun place with loads of gluten free options. I had the pho with the rate steak and brisket. The broth was delicious. My guy had chicken with crispy noodles ( not GF) and really enjoyed them.

Took my crew here for lunch (based on DD&D) ... the very cranky and crabby long haired ginger dropped menus on a table and disappeared. After that, the service was slow but friendly. The music was loud but in good taste. I didn't care for the food at all and the other four... adult and three teens thought it was fine. I would not go back :(

We ate at OB Noodle House during the World Cup and the place was packed! But we still received really fast service and the food was great. Everything was really fresh and the portion sizes were pretty big. There were a ton of beers on tap to choose from. There was about a five minute wait when we got there so the hostess actually texted us when a table was ready, which I thought was super convenient. We would definitely eat here again.
