Usually hotel restaurants, in our experience, fall short on the ratings scales vs. restaurants in general but this one was superb! Great selection of fresh fish- nothing frozen, cooked wonderfully and served by a very efficient and friendly staff. The prices are quite reasonable given the beautiful location right on the water- what a view! We ate their twice during our stay at the accompanying Hyatt Regency and both meals were excellent, one of which was a Sunday brunch with a great selection of offerings.

We went to the buffet for breakfast. The service was fantastic with waiters all over to take care of our needs. They were very polite and quick to get us anything we needed. It would have received an excellent however I couldn't get passed the flies swarming the buffet area. Literally flies just sitting on the food, I get it, the place is near the beach and it is muggy but some covers would have been nice. The omelette was good, french toast, bacon was good. The sausage links were barely warm in the middle and the yogurt parfait was watery at the bottom (not on ice, just sitting pre made on the table).

Nice wait staff. We had the swordfish and another fish casserole which were tasty. The restaurant overlooks the bay and harbor with nice views. The price was a little high but worth the value for a nice place like this.

We ate breakfast our first day at the hotel and were thrilled with the outdoor table and view. Our servers were very good and recommended the buffet for $22/person and included a beverage, and they were able to get custom dishes (omlettes, french toast or waffles) if you did not see what you wanted on the buffet. Since most breakfast items were $15+ beverage, it seemed like a good deal. After all was said and done, the omlettes were marginal, and one daughter did not get the omlette she ordered when the rest of the omlettes showed up, and by the time she got it, we were all done (and it was flavorless) and my other daughter who stuck to the buffet only, did not eat the pancakes because they were an odd texture and flavor. Total bill for 4 w/tip was over $100 and just not worth the price for what we got.

Had a great time at the Red Marlin and stayed for hours as we had meetings on the property of the Hyatt. Food and drinks were pricey. Service was good (not fabulous). We would have probably spent more if they'd be more attentive.
Great weather, sunshine and spaces to hangout for the day with friends and colleagues.
Expensive for what you get for food. Decent, good, not fabulous.
Kenny the waiter was great when we came on. Fun, helpful. But overall not great service through the 7 hours we were there. Not many other options.
