Campland is somewhere everyone should experience! After a very quiet stay at an RV resort in Anaheim, moving to Campland was a bit of a shock to the system. There are approximately 620 campsites and in the A area where we stayed, there are a majority of tent campers.
This is a great spot for kids of all ages, people who want to be in a very social environment and who enjoy a bit of a circus. There are tons of activities for kids - playgrounds, ice cream parlor, arcade, disc jokey on a stage in the evenings, 2 pools and of course the beach. My kids loved the activity and so many other kids around to hang out with.
The bathrooms were great and as clean as can be expected with the volume of people using them. The grounds felt secure with a guard at the entrance confirming everyone as they entered the campground.
We had a large party of campers next to us and I figured that the noise level was going to be high through the night but with quiet hours at 11pm to 7am, I was very pleasantly surprised how the entire campground settled into a peaceful and quiet environment once quiet hours hit. I did see security ask a couple of groups to settledown and be respectiful of the hours. I was very happy to see that the campers were very friendly and agreeable to security so there was no conflict in anyway.
Would stay here again definitely.
